            We had a nightmare experience with this motel. I reserved a room for my son and asked the clerk if I could leave a key at the desk for him. The clerk said yes and actually was very nice however, when my son arrived, there were two different clerks at the desk and they claimed they could not find the reservation and apparently didn't see the room card/key I left with the earlier clerk with my son's name on it! They refused to give him the key. The next day, I went to the motel in person and spoke with a clerk who was not helpful and told me to talk with the manager. As I spoke with him, he referred to some of their guests using the ** word"! The only reason I am giving one star is because when I spoke with the manager, she was professional and helpful. She said she refunded my payment since we were not able to use the room. (By the way, she found my reservation immediately and didn't understand what had happened.) This was a week ago and the refund still has not posted to my account so now I'm having to dispute the charge through my bank. p.s. The motel is run down and not very clean.
