My 2013 **** focus sustained damage to the passenger side rear door and quarter panel. Though there was no real structural damage the original, insurance requirement, estimate resulted in my car being totaled. Over $7,000. I retained the car and got a check from the insurance company. I worked with ***** at Caliber and she and her team were wonderful. They were willing to buy a junkyard rear door and found one cheaper than what I found online. (Note: cars with driver side collisions have very clean passenger side parts). ***** worked with me on limiting the cost of the total repairs and made a fantastic offer. By limiting the work I did not expect perfection but I got it! The car was completely detailed and in showroom condition. Thank you ***** and your team.*** ****** ***** Hills, Mn

It took them over six months to fix my car, which only had damage to the rear end (bumper). I quoted fix because their is still damaged. The manager of the business laughed and smirked at my frustration with him and his workers moving at an extremely slow pace, and when I visited the location to check on my vehicle, my car had interior filth (stains, dirt, leaves, ink pen makes, and foot prints from them kicking my door open from the inside, while the exterior had scratches everywhere (left and right side of the the vehicle on all four doors and scratches on the trunk. My trunk also had dirt and stains everywhere. I tried speaking with them several times only for the manager to tell me he wasnt responsible for the damaged. I have pictures and videos of how my vehicle looked on the inside and outside before my car was taken to this business, and only after I got a lawyer I started to get issues fixed. My car is current still not in my possession sans its going to be crossing the line of seven months. I wouldnt suggested this place to my worst enemy. I can imagine how many other people are going through this because their lot is full of unfixed cars that have been sitting their since my car was dropped off to them. If your looking for your car to be fixed there are plenty of other places along this highway like LaMettrys Collision or *********** Northstar Auto which both have splendid quick services. I would have went to one of the two, but my insurance provider claimed they would have my car fixed in a week which is turning into seven months. Please, if you are reading this DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! The entire team is unprofessional, slow, and literally treat your property like spare junk. I hate the way my car has been damaged. Once I reunir with the car, Ill have to sell it and get another new car because thats how filthy and scratched up my vehicle is.
