Working with CopperSmith was a breeze. They built a custom range hood and a copper tub for my rebuild after losing are home in the **** FIRE. These pieces are breathtaking and I am very satisfied with the quality of material and workmanship. They both were shipped so securely that there was NO damage. The hood fit perfectly and the tub was more than I could imagine. I highly recommend them.Review from Michael L.

I ordered a custom hood, ventilation, and sink from CopperSmith for our new house and the products are breathtaking! The are the "wow" centerpieces of our kitchen. They are much more substantial and works of art than I imagined. The process from viewing actual copper samples, defining the products we wanted on line, having a CAD rendered, and having a live conversation for guidance and questions with customer service (Stephanie P) was first rate. The products arrived well packaged in sturdy crates. Delivery timing was in line with expectations (we were used to longer lead times (doors, windows, refrigerators, etc) these days. The PDF's on the website on installation and care were very detail. I was notified when the products shipped so I could coordinate with my builder. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend CopperSmith to provide an investment for your home.Review from Denise H.

Great company to do business with, amazing craftsmanship! My copper sink is a true piece of art in the heart of my home! From the minute I reached out to them they have been truly helpful. I'm an interior designer in NYC. And I used CopperSmith to get a custom hood for a kitchen project I had. My experince with the company was great. They were quick to reply and help out in getting any questions I had answered. I was assigned a regional designer whom I sent all measuments and sketches that I made. And he quickly created my designed in CAD. Then I approved the design with client's permission. We choose the metal finishes we wanted to use from the samples we ordered from CopperSmith. And the rest was to wait a few weeks for production time. Once the hood was ready I was sent an email to arrange for delivery of hood. The hood was delivered by a freight company. Was shipped in a crate very well wrapped and protected. The hood arrived in perfect condition. Can't wait to use CopperSmith again for another project. The experience with them was a positive one. You wont regret working with them. You will have a work of art, not just a hood.
