On March 15, 2024 l requested my online membership to be canceled via email. However, my credit card has been charged at the end of that month and April's. I have sent several emails and tried to reach this person through other social media with no response. There is no other way to contact them as their webpage only provides an email address. I want them to stop charging my credit card as l no longer need their services. After my cancelation request, they have charged my credit card for the last 2 months (a total of $44).

I cancelled my subscription with this business in April. It is October and I am still being charged every month despite tons of emails being sent and a letter in the mail. There is no other way to contact this business besides email. They tell their customers to just email *************************************** It lists that you can cancel on the dashboard, but I have looked for months and there is no button for cancellation. They do not give a phone number but I was able to find their physical address on this site. I contacted my credit card company and they have been able to regain my money every month for me. However, they tell me they cannot block this merchant from charging me. Would it be possible for the BBB to reach out to them about this? I do not want to cancel my credit card just to get them from charging me. I have tons of auto bill payments connected to this card. I would love for this business to contact me back so we can cancel my subscription.

On 8/28/21 I became part of the Profe Club. A website where teachers can get resources for $27monthly, I received a welcome email. 09/26/21- I contacted via email to let them know about an issue I was having with their products. I also requested to get their sale price of their membership $22. Since I signed up price has stayed at $22. I haven't heard back to date. On Oct. 2 I cancelled my membership via email. Profe Club does not have a phone number listed on their website. On Oct. 28 I was charged $27. I have disputed my charges with my *********** On Nov. 25 I requested to cancel my membership again via email. On Nov. 28th I was charged $27. I have emailed again three more times to cancel my membership on Nov. 28th. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges for the 5th time, on Nov 28th and Nov. 29, On 11/28, the bank gave me the phone number of the business, which was how I was able to get a number to Profe Club. I have called them twice on 11/28 and twice on 11/29. No answer. It goes straight to voice mail. **************** is non-existent with this company. I feel like I'm being taken advantaged of as a consumer and they are robbing me of my funds every month. It's causing me a great deal of stress, time, energy and anxiety. My account I used with my Bank is tied to my Mortgage so I can't just close it so I can get these reoccurring charges to stop. Chase Bank mentioned there is no way they can stop a merchant from charging my account and that my only alternative is to dispute the charge each month. In conclusion, this company is charing me without my consent even when I have cancelled my membership well before their 48 hour policy. Customer servirse is non-responsive. I would like for them to cancel my membership and stop the monthly charges. I feel that this company is Fraud and out of character. The only communication I get is an automated email saying they charged my account. I have responded immediately and I get zero replies, zero communication,
