3/11/2023 I went to the *** located at ************************************************************. I ordered a family meal I requested original chicken when I got home I noticed that my order was incorrect, I was given crispy. I was unable to return to the store due to the location being out of distance and I had to start my shift at work. I attempted to call the store several times but there was no answer I fed my children with the meal provided that night and return to the store in the morning. I spoke to a female manger and explained my issue I asked her to remake the meal or refund/credit due to the inconvenience of them getting the order wrong to being with, not answering the phone to resolve the issues and lastly the fact that I had to travel back to the store a second time. The manager refused to do any of the following so I asked for the phone number to the corporate office. The manager then became extremely rude and begun to yell at me, accusing me of stealing food. I asked a second time in the middle of her rant, again just for the phone number to the corporate office as I had no desire to argue with her as it was a simple fix. You made a mistake just make it right... The manager wrote the phone number on a sticky note and tossed it at me. I immediately called the corporate office to voice my complaint I spoke to someone who apologized and offered a refund one week ago today. I have yet to hear from anyone I would like my refund in the amount of $34.40 which I paid via debit card description *** C750147 ******************** 3/11/23. I would also suggest someone from *** offices actually read the reviews regarding this location and this manager specifically. Respectfully
