date of service 10/5/2021 cost $ 550 The invoice indicated it covered "taxes, clean up, install". Well, the group that arrived, not only did they install each drain spout haphazzordly, hanging over the edging, cut unever. Had them redo that, but they left behind 5 large pieces of sharp cutter items. They raced to complete. This after receiving poor and inaccruate communication about when they would be out.. I emailed the individual that is the only point of contact to the company and told him about the sharp items left behind (large!). He said sorry, thats it. I emailed their company mailbox indicated on the invoice and the one received in email - **************************** once I reeived their offical invoice and asked they financial accomodate that fact that they DIDN"T clean up. The left sharp items all in walking areas and where our dogs frequent, including the public sidewalk. I gave the company a week to reply, to which they didn't. I was a repeat customer as well. They had every chance to make this right. I paid the bill in full after never hearing back and let them know I would submit this. Completely unprofessional. I paid for a service I DIDN'T receive!Business response

In response to case #16052863. Please note that we've communicated many times with Ms. *******. We responded to her request to add additional gutter material to her home. We met with Ms. ******* to define what she was looking for/determined a cost/acquired a signature to proceed. We communicated with her via telephone when to expect us. Note: our windows of when we will perform installations are commonly between 1 and 2 days before arrival. We seldom provide a specific time based upon the inherent unique timelines that often are interrupted in the out of door construction environment. We later performed the installation. We responded to her request to pick up the three pieces of scrap material left behind.
Noteworthy, the picture of the elbow with the extension attached was cut properly. The only way to properly secure the extension to the elbow is to cut an asymmetrical angle; such that it secures itself as it should to the elbow.
Additionally, I've attached a picture which shows that Ms. *******'s email sent to us did not in fact reach our in-box. It was pushed to our junk mail..... Hence, we were not able to communicate further with Ms. *******. She does remark in her complaint she felt compelled to file the complaint based upon having not heard back from us. Nonetheless, we were not afforded the opportunity to respond.
It is highly probably the three pieces of scrap material may have fallen from a container unknowingly. I'm hoping you are able to remove this complaint based upon the information we've provided.
