I was sold a car by **** that I was told was all wheel drive which it turned out not to be. I figured this out by getting stuck in the snow twice in the 30 days I had it. I brought it back and told them this and the only thing they were willing to do was trade me out of it and put me in something with a smaller engine that would increase my monthly payment by $100 a month which also didnt have the specs that I wanted such as heated seats and a heated steering wheel. I left a ****** review and got a response telling me to contact them so we could work on a solution. I did that and was asked by *************************** the Pre Owned Sales Manager why I left a bad ****** review and was told by him that he doesnt even want to try and help me. He was giving me the same answers he initially did before the ****** review knowing that what he was offering wasnt the correct resolution.

I had the opportunity to speak at length with ************** about the purchase experience and a way to proceed forward. I expressed the desire to try to correct this situation and would be willing to either trade him out of the vehicle at either our Acura store, ***** store or ******* store crediting him for the full purchase amount minus twenty cents per mile that he has driven while using the vehicle over the last two months. ************** seemed appreciative of the offer. I have been in contact with ************** to see if has has been able to find a vehicle of interest and at the time of this writing he has not yet. Our full intent is to try to trade him out of the current vehicle and into a vehicle that better matches his needs.
