      he Buerkle Acura Brooklyn Park family dealership, service center and its entire staff with the exception of 1 person I’ve interacted with are dishonest, money hungry, aggressive, lack clarity and actual accountability when selling a used vehicle. I purchased a used 2017 Honda Fit from Mark ******** in January. After purchasing noticed significant body damage, the battery wasn’t properly connected, and the wipers were extremely old. The body damage was never disclosed to me and when I asked about it, I was yelled at and argued with by Brian ********. Michael ****** defended his dishonest staff, lied again about an interaction I had with Chue **** in the service center, and offered no answers or help to my questions or frustrations. Please see photos. I have recorded audio of Brian ******** arguing with me and apparently from other reviews, he has a history of arguing with customers. Michael ****** clearly only cares about commission and profit for his own employees and the dealership, he has no regard to new car buyers of color.

      It is our goal to provide the highest levels of service to every customer regardless of what product or service we are providing. It is obvious from your email correspondence, our phone conversation and your numerous online reviews that we did not meet your expectations and for that we sincerely apologize. A purchase experience should not be this way. Our goal from the beginning is for you to have a vehicle that you truly enjoy every time you walk out and drive it and at this point I do not believe that can be achieved with the 2017 ***** Fit that was purchased from us.I think the best solution would be for you to return the vehicle for a full refund. This suggestion hopefully can bring this situation to a close as it has been clearly upsetting to you. The process would take about fifteen minutes. If you do not wish to return to our place of business that is understandable. We can mail the needed paperwork for you to sign and send back and have the vehicle picked up if that would make it easier.

      We bought a 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti from Buerkle Acura. We traded in our Nissan Murano. We noticed the hood wasn't aligned when we were looking at the car. The salesman told us that this happens when people don't know how to close the hood correctly. That an auto body shop should be able to fix it. They knocked off $500 from the price because of this. We brought it to an autobody shop within the first 48 hours of having this car. The auto body shop technician immediately went to grab the manager. He came out, and looked at the car. He then informed my husband that we need to return this car to the dealership. He started showing us where there is paint overspray, and where they never properly removed the tape. He also showed us where there was bondo. It gets better... the hood cannot be realigned because it was moved due to a major accident. It was realigned intentionally so it would close (otherwise it wouldn't), and he showed us how the front end (frame) is bent. This wasn't a small fender bender. This was a major accident to cause this. So we called the dealership, and explained the situation. Our request was that we just return the Alfa Romeo, and I'll pick up our Nissan Murano. At first we were told it was sold, then we were told that it was being detailed (they said they were going to charge us for it, and never did), finally they said they were having someone come to look at it, and that they don't have to give us back our previous car but can work with us on another car. After a very heated discussion they agreed to give us the Nissan Murano back. So we went, and picked up the Nissan Murano, and it smelled like an ash tray. We had the Alfa Romeo detailed for this very same reason. I do not smoke, and didn't in my Murano. This was by far the worst experience we've ever had purchasing a car. People get so excited to purchase a car. We trust our dealerships, and think they are trying to help us. This wasn't the case here.

      I will absolutely never buy from them again! Bought a used vehicle that said on the window sticker it has a 30 day 1000 mile bumper to bumper warranty AND a 60 day 2500 mile powertrain warranty. Left the lot and had a blown speaker. They told me they’d cut me a check for $100 and if I don’t take that I could “pound sand”. I called the general manager of the store and he said he’d buy me a speaker (which I replaced) and he’d talk to the salesman and call me back. He never called me back. They lie about and falsely advertise warranty. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

      This is horrible place to purchased or lease a car. I have a battery issued 3 weeks after I got TLX 2021 so I have to called out side service to come over help me to jumpstart my battery that cost me $45 and because it happen after work around 10pm on snowing day so I cant be able to in touch with acura. So it happen again a week later on snow day so I cant be able to come to work because my car doesnt star. So I caller Buerkle Acura and they all try to ignore me and ask me to call road assistance. I pay over $45K for a car and I have to keep get off work due to my battery not working on freezing day..Will learn a lesson and never get from them again.. please go to different dealer ship.
