Great job at making the whole process very easy for me! Andrew was very knowledgeable, customer-oriented, polite, and professional. He kept me informed on the timeline and delivered as promised. He even was able to give me a roof upgrade. The new roof looks great, thank you!

I wanted to take a minute to post my recent new home that was completed by Capital Construction - it is absolutely gorgeous I love it!! The crews were amazing and the product speaks for itself. Landon and the Capital Construction team went above and beyond in their work to work with my insurance company to secure a new roof and in the actual construction work itself. After having a different company submit originally, our claim of hail damage was denied. Even after the damage was causing water to leak through into our home. When Landon first approached us, I was hesitant to go through the process again thinking it would be the same, I couldn't have been more wrong. From the start Capital Construction worked with my insurance company and advocated for the fair compensation to the clear damage that was done to our home. He was quick to respond, attentive to detail, and kept us informed along every step of the way. Once the claim was accepted Landon was there to make sure everything from the planning to construction went smoothly. Everything from start to finish was made easy and simple for us. Capital construction got the job done after almost a year to complete my roof and a little siding. My job was bid as ; new roof and some siding. I was given a half ass unprofessional billing statement from the rep for the first part of the roof. Bizarre behavior where He ( the rep) Kept contacting me to come by and pay a check to him….?? I’m unsure why I was not given more professional billing statement in the mail??? Weird way of doing business. The rep forgot that they were supposed to do some siding as well on my home. I waited a while to see if he would remember that part of the job. He did finally, a couple months later! No supervision on the job site by this company. Hispanic workers spoke no English, hard to communicate with them! I watched the end of the shingles applied near dark that night. I had to remind them of 2 roof vents that failed to install!!!! I supplied them with a work light to get those vents installed. Should have remembered those vents and came back in the daylight to work in proper condition s. Again, no supervision by Rep at job site at end of day??? I complained to a supervisor and he tried to flip it on me. If you can’t do the work properly with supervision, you shouldn’t be in business!!!Review from Shari H

Jay, our project manager, was amazing to work with. He was very kind and listened to all our concerns. The team that did our siding was outstanding. My dogs would greet them every morning! I would see the guys throwing a ball and interacting with them. We are thoroughly happy with the work and highly recommend Capital Construction.Capital Construction, LLC Response
