      Green Horizons has been fertilizing my yard to my satisfaction for many years and there was only one other problem in the past that was promptly taken care of by them. After making multiple attempts via the phone to resolve the major seeding job that was done on Saturday April 20th, I have cancelled my summer contract with them. Even though I was told over the phone that some one in authority would return my call - no one has, even after requesting to speak with the owner. Since no one followed up with me and an online bill never arrived, I assumed this was resolved; however, a bill did arrive in the mail this week - the week of my son's graduation (the reason for this work to be done). As in the past, an option would have been to return, finish the job of spreading the black dirt the was left dumped in the front year and at least make repairs to the entire front flower bed that was covered in grass seed; however, my family has already done the necessary work - in order to have enough time for things to grow before his open house.

       I am rejecting this response because: my multiple phone calls that week with different employees, that began Monday morning when they opened,  requesting the owner or someone in management to call me back about this issue was not considered a formal complaint is beyond my understanding. It is unfortunate that they didn't log my calls or honor my request for a return call - even though I was promised someone would call me back. To date, I have not received a phone call.

      We always require photos of the issue via email form for documentation of which we never received. We would've sent a crew back out to fix this had we of seen photos of the area of concern.

      They had claimed to have plowed my driveway on two separate occasions when they did not plow. The first time, 12/1/22, they finally showed up two days later after promising to send a crew each day. On 1/27/22 they also texted to say my driveway had been plowed, when they plowed my neighbor's instead who does not use their service. I have filed three complaints via their customer service email/text as it is known that this company does not answer their phone during business hours and their voicemail box is full. No one has responded to me and it is 1/31/22, I have had to drive on my driveway multiple times, and in doing so it has turned to solid ice. I paid $437.66 for them to do same-day plow service for 1.5" of snow, and they typically show up 8 hours later the next day, if they show up at all.

      I hired them to do fall lawn care and snow removal for the entire winter . The fall lawn care was excellent . They showed up once to do the snow removal and did a bad job . They never showed for 3 more snow removals . The phone number would not take calls . The voice mail does not work . My neighbors had to shovel us out . I got an email stating that that they had been here and some the work . We have video surveillance of the driveway as do our neighbors and no one showed . There is no way to talk to anybody reach anybody text anybody which I have tried and they continue to **** me for work already paid for that was never done .

      On September 9, 2021, I purchased the fall clean up service. When the service had not been completed on October 28, 2021, I emailed the business and cancelled the service. I received the following email message on October 29, 2021: We have cancelled the fall clean up and will send a refund check to you. Thank you ************************ Team ********************** **************** I emailed the business again on November 10, 2021, because I have not received by $243.50 refund. They responded: Your refund check is going out in this weeks mail. However, I still have not received it.
