            LMI Funding Corporation has informed the Better Business Bureau they are experiencing problems with another company advertising and sending information to consumers regarding pre-approved loans and a credit card. These offers are not coming from LMI. The phoney mailing asks consumers for driver's license or another peice of government issued ID and proof of income. Consumers are asked to use Western Union Money Transfers to send $764.00 to LMI Funding.

            The comapany address they are using is located at 151-201 West Burnsville Parkway, Burnsville,MN 55337. This is not an address for the real LMI.
