Purchased a used vacuum floorpiece and couldn’t use it. I was told they would happily refund me and instructed me how to return the part. Weeks later I realized my account had not received a credit so I contacted them again. I was notified of my refund and it had a deduction for shipping to me and back to them plus $9.95 since it was a used part. My refund was half the price I paid. Beware.Review from David N

I ordered a water level switch for my Maytag washer. I received the first one a few days later but it did not work. I know it doesn't work because the original still works but the stem broke off. It is now on low level only. I sent back the first part and received the second replacement part today. Unfortunately it does not work either. I know why it doesn't work because it is missing a third connection, which is on the original part. Shop Jimmy should have checked this out before sending the second part. Now I have to go through the return trouble again. I don't think I will use Shop Jimmy in the future.Review from Tesha B

Ordered a tv part replacement in January, here we are 2 months later in March with no confirmation email, no answers from the company to my multiple emails sent out, and of course, NO PART! Very disappointed, they took no time taking the money out of my account. Unless you want to pay people for something you'll never receive I would NOT recommend!Review from Nina S

Very Used; Dirty and Someone else's Hair! I wrote to ShopJimmy expressing my dissatisfaction on the purchase of a Shark vacuum brushroller and also sent detailed photos to show the embedded dirt and hair and was told "These Shark vacuum parts are from the largest Shark-authorized refurbisher, and may have scuffs and scratches which will not affect functionality. All brushes and other tools have been thoroughly cleaned or refurbished as needed." Because this purchase fell below the $25 final cost, I was unable to return it and feel completely duped. When I wrote a review on the ShopJimmy site, with all of this information to alert other shoppers, it was removed! I will never purchase from them again.Review from Grammie Sue

If Jimmy doesn't accept PayPal. I'm out! PayPal will reimburse you if the part is wrong, etc. Take that jimmy.
