I brought my car in to be inspected and spent almost 200 dollars for a diagnostic test. I was then quoted more than 2000 dollars for an issue that didnt even exist. They claimed there was a valve leak which was not the case. My car seems to have an issue but that was not caught by the diagnostic test they charged me for. I want to warn people about this specific Hyundais fraudulence.Business response

I purchased a 2017 **** from this dealership. On the 2nd day it had problems. I called my sales rep ****** and he told me to wait until his service manager calls to schedule something. They never called so I had to leave a message. The next day they called to tell me to bring it in on a set appointed time so they could give me a loaner car while they figured it out. I raised concerns at that time about exceeding my 5 day window to refund and my 30 day warranty. The sales manager **** told me not to worry as this was a special circumstance. A month later it's still in the shop, they have no idea how to fix it, and now they're telling me they never said I would get my money back. Somebody please help me! They lied about their inspection! I have the documents stating it was all green checkmarks on everything. I have the times and dates of all my communication, and I have a witness to ****'s statement about getting a refund. They're lying and I need help getting my money back. At the time of writing this they still have my car in their shop!!! I purchased this vehicle in September!!!Business response

I bought a 2021 Hyundai sonta in July 2021 .the person who took care of all the paperwork and loan approval, he was trying to sale the protection plan for the car to me. I Rejected. In August 13th I went back to get one of the protection plan for $ **** as he explained the difference between all of those plan !! I chose the $**** ,because I couldn't effort those other one . For that amount I give him my debit card for$ 600 and for another 600 I used my TJX platinum Master card .however I am looking at my **** right now it shows from Burnsville Hyundai for the amount of $910.00 and my debit ******* . This is not professional and it a fraud. I request the business Bearo to take this as a consideration and help me to get my money back for the amount of $ ****** and thank you for your understanding ??Business response

************** returned to Burnsville Hyundai on 08/13/2021 and purchased 2 protection packages totaling $1910.61 including tax. She paid for the items with 2 credit cards. Both of these items are tangible and applied to the surface of the vehicle, therefore not cancelable.
Attached is the signed purchase agreement by **************, 2 signed product receipts and credit card receipts.
