      Found on AutoTrader. Made arrangements to purchase the vehicle the following day. Asked several times, do I need to put $ down to reserve the vehicle? Sent pic of my drivers license. We arranged the time I would buy the vehicle. Asked AGAIN if I need to put $$ down to hold the vehicle. 4 hours later, receive a text saying they just sold it. Why would you sell it when I asked to pay to hold it? Their response, "Well that would not have mattered anyway. My manager does not like to reserve cars for out of state deals until the day when you start coming basically. We have got burned a lot of times and people just don't come." I'm coming from 3 hours away, not Australia and that's the point of me paying to hold the freaking vehicle. It protects us both. I've bought from Luther before and paid to hold the vehicle. If this is now the case, tell me right away so I don't go get a freaking cashiers check (as instructed). I didn't know the exact amount w/fees, etc. so I got cash for the rest. Luther now: "Oh that was a smoker vehicle, you didn't want it anyway." I must've missed that description of the vehicle on the website. They will happily sell from under you due to incompetence or indifference.

      Burnsville Hyundai does not take deposits to "hold" used vehicles that have never been physically seen by the customer.  That is exactly why we did not did take the deposit even after the customer offered multiple times.  The vehicle sold before he was able to make it to the dealership.  We contacted the customer immediately after the vehicle was no longer available and even offered another similar vehicle at a heavily discounted price to make up for the disappointment.

      Drove 1 hour to look at a new Hyundai Tucson that I was told was in stock. After test driving the vehicle and deciding that I wanted it. I was told that they are not honoring the price that is listed on their website and when I asked why was this not up dated to your new price on your website. I was told that the website has been down all morning and could not be updated. ITS BEEN LISTED ON YOUR SITE (IN TRANSET) FOR 2 WEEKS AT THAT ORIGNAL PRICE. ALSO THE WEBSITE HAS RECENTANTLY BEEN UDATED "THAT DAY" TO "IN STOCK" AT THE ORGINAL PRICE. What a kind of dealership treats their customers like that.. Tried to con me out of an extra 2,000 bucks; just because I wanted it.

      Unfortunately, the website listed an incorrect price for the selected vehicle. This does at times happen and we do have a disclaimer advising any customer to first please call and confirm availability and pricing before coming to the dealership. On this particular day, we were aware of the errors however, our website provider was down and not able to fix the issue until later in the day. We explained the issue with the guest and were willing to work with him, but he was very upset and not willing to except anything other than the incorrect price. We apologize for any inconvenience and would be happy to revisit the the issue.

      I Have visual proof of when of when this vehicle changed from "in transit" to when the vehicle was updated to "in stock" on their website. Before and after pictures of the Price, date and time of day clearly viable.The price did not change. Factual visible evidence cannot lie ****** On a side note I'm sure your dealership received a few calls about this vehicle; asking if its on the lot. Upon checking not one staff member noticed it was priced incorrect? I kind of find that hard to believe. So either you have incompetent staff.. or you are lying.
