I visited the Good Feet Store in Burnsville, **, on Oct 17, 2023 for insoles to relieve the plantar fasciitis pain in both of my feet. I purchased a pair of insoles and rubber inserts. The salesperson said they would contact me in a week to see how the insoles felt and reminded me that all sales were final and that there were no refunds. When they called, I told them the insoles caused me pain, and it took two days for my feet to recover after discontinuing use. I went back to the store on Oct 28, 2023. The salesperson exchanged my insole for another style.Once again, I experienced pain wearing the second set of insoles which lasted 48 hours after discontinuing use. I went back to the store on Nov 11, 2023, and they exchanged my insoles for a third time. During that visit, I asked the store manager, *****, what options I had if the 3rd paid of insoles didn't work. She said I should get new shoes and reminded me there are no refunds. Like the two previous insoles, the third pair of insoles caused me pain when I used them. I went to the store on Nov 22, 2023, and spoke with the salesperson. I explained I was unable to wear the 3rd set of insoles, and that I no longer wanted to try any additional styles. I asked what I could do. He said there were no returns, but that he would contact the store manager, *****, and see if she would allow an exception. The salesperson called her, and I could hear the conversation. ***** was clear that there were no refunds, but after a lot of discussion with the salesperson, she reluctantly agreed to refund my purchase, less the rubber inserts ($30) and a $50 service fee. The refund was processed, and the salesperson returned the insoles to inventory. I didn't expect a refund on the rubber inserts, but disagree with a service fee and that they are reselling the used insoles. I'd like to see the $50 refunded and encourage an updated policy to address situations where the product doesn't work for a customer (e.g. causes pain).Business response

Although the Good Feet Store of Burnsville has a No Refund Policy, explained to customer at time of purchase and on sales receipt, a refund was issued less a small service fee of $50. Please know, worn/used supports are not resold. This is against The Good Feet Store Corporate Policy.
