      Ravmotors have disappointed me , I purchased a 2016 ************ from them on January 19th 2023. I worked with Nuri as my sales rep; I Left the lot on 01/19/2023 with the car , I paid in full for and the same day not even an hour later I started to feel a hesitation in the car . I called Ravmotors and made them aware. I took the car to Victory Auto near where I was staying on 1/20/2023 and got a New to me car Inspection and the mechanic said the Impala needs a transmission and a Timing chain and etc which would total around ****** I was shocked . I called Ravmotors and let them know what ************* findings were and I fowarded the invoice from Victory and they said bring the car back to them which I did . They had the car for one week I picked the car up on 2/2/2023 from Nuri and he did not give me an invoice he just told me the car was repaired. I asked for an invoice to see what was done and he said the invoice went to his accounting department. **** told me he would email me the invoice I had to email multiple times and request the invoice . After getting the car back with no invoice i didn't trust anything was done so I took the car to ***** in Brooklyn center to have it inspected and ***** gave me the same list of issues that the previous mechanic at Victory Auto gave me except *****'s estimate is ****** > Ravmotors told me there were no issues with the transmission they lied . and they had the car for a whole week now I don't trust a word from them . BEWARE

      ***** this is not correct information. You did take the vehicle to have it inspected after purchasing it and brought it to our attention. As we agreed, we would take care of the smaller items, which we did. Mounts, tune-up, few other things that the shop did an inspection on missed along with full transmission service and diagnosis. As you were made aware, you do not have a transmission issue. The shutters you get is when the vehicle is under load from the timing. We even offered to put in another transmission in but told you it won't change anything because the issue is not in the transmission. You declined it, maybe because you also know that is true. the vehicle has 172k+ miles and we brought that vehicle to an outstanding condition for its mileage.

      That is not correct, I paid ****** plus for this car . Why on gods green earth would I buy a car so expensive and have to put a new transmission and timing chain in it . Victory Auto and ***** both said the car needs a new transmission and timing chain which are both very expensive. I found the issues the same day and got the car checked out the very next day . You all took the car in and told me you had fixed the issue but showed me no proof of what was done so for you to now want to fix the car after I told you I was seeking counsel I dont trust you and if you dont understand that not my problem. You all lied to me and thats a fact you all sold me a damaged car and you dont want to do whats right . I plan to help everyone and anyone beware of your business so this doesnt happen to them shame on you both shame

      ***** when you brought the car, you gave us a list. Tune up, engine mount, transmission issue, and few other things. We did everything, serviced the transmission, and diagnosed that is was NOT the transmission. You never said anything about timing, nor did the shop you took it to (which makes one think how good they are?) until we diagnosed it and told you what the issue was. At first glance/feel it might feel light transmission, but if either shop took the time to diagnose it, they would have told you it's the timing. If you go into any shop and tell them you have a transmission issue and they make money from service... they won't say no. You can install a new transmission every day and it won't change anything. But we cannot be held responsible for the gm timing chain which most cases gets recalled or will get recalled. Again, I will like to repeat myself and say that there is no transmission issue.

      I have proof of all the paperwork both shops gave me and they both say I need a new transmission and timing belt. You all at being very dishonest Who on gods green earth would spend ***** plus dollars for a car that needs a transmission and timing chain .. thats like ****** at best if that is the case I would have just bought a new ***** dollar car. I have contacted the news regarding this as well . This is unfair treatment and it is a crime to sell a car that you did not disclose the history and issues of this car was a piece of junk and you sold it to me for ***** plus and you think this is okay . Its not this is not okay
