            American Water Damage was hired to complete the remediation after a pipe burst in our basement on May 21st. I initially wanted to hire another contractor because they told me it would be 3 or 4 weeks before they could get it done, but when I told them that, they insisted that they could complete the work in the amount of time that I requested in order to get my Airbnb business back up and running. They began the work on July 5th, but it's still not completed and they are no longer contacting me. The first contractor that was hired was a drunk and the work in the bathroom was really bad. I was coerced into buying some carpet that I didn't want because I was told I had to. The carpet is not installed properly and no attempt was made to correct it. Some attempts were made to "fix" the bathroom, but it's still not done. In addition, the employees are rude, condescending and threatening at times. I do not want them to come back anymore. I just want to hire someone else and get everything fixed once and for all.

            Charged for services not done and wont communicate with you to figure out billing. Rude and expensive. Not worth your time.
