    We went there because I wanted them to replace my starter, they tested the starter and it tested good, so they just moved on to the positive battery cable without hearing the starter, it was draining our battery dead over night and turning over to slow, though tested good, so they proceeded to try to sell us a positive battery cable for **** dollars instead of the correct part that I asked for, the place is a rip off, charged us 400 some odd dollars as the receipt says and they did nothing, so we took the car to Meineke in Ham lake and they got the starter replaced like I said and they only charged us 480 and the job is done, all problems fixed now, the radiator they replaced is leaking 2 years later because they use low grade parts, they sold us rotors that were bad and didn't even drive it first obviously or he would have heard it scraping and warped, once again using low grade parts, we went to Meineke and finally got the job done right, this place didn't even know that just because a starter tests good doesn't mean it is. bad attitudes and terrible service, We wont be going back there again, the place is a scam, thank you Meineke for finally doing it right.

    Our records indicate that you did not specifically ask us to replace the starter on your Chrysler ******************************* December 2021, but rather you stated, battery tested good but vehicle doesn't start all the time, has to jump start to get going, if it starts it's really slow start. You are correct when you say that our technician started by testing the starter and that it tested good. When this happens, his next step is to track down if there is a draw somewhere in the electrical system, which ultimately came down the positive battery cable located in your trunk. Had you specifically asked for a starter in the beginning, we would have honored your request and not spent an additional four hours digging in to a possible electrical issue. We use all OEM or industry standard aftermarket parts at **************************** Auto Center unless a customer is adamant on using used parts, which we try our very best to shy away from. The radiator replaced two years ago came from Keystone, a reputable aftermarket supplier and came with a parts and labor warranty. Had we been aware of an issue with the part we would have replaced it, free of cost to you, if it fell within the warranty guidelines in regards to months and miles since original replacement. To my knowledge it is not even possible for a business to have the ability to hide negative reviews. If it is, then I have no idea how to even go about doing that. **************************** Auto Center has an exceptional rating based on our trustworthiness and the fact that we genuinely do our very best to take care of our customers, as we have you over the past 4 years. That said, I hope that simply replacing the starter continues to take care of the starting issues you have been experiencing and that your new shop continues to impress.`
