*************** owns a bunch of properties in *******************, she is the worst landlord she is a slumlord this apartment I moved into on March 30, 2023 was gross disgusting. Theres mold it was not hatable for living in. She has this lease that contradicts itself. She steals peoples damage deposits Im in a month month lease Im given a **************************************************************** order to get my deposit back which violates the ********* statute for return of a deposit, which also violates the federal law of a section housing 42, low income, HUD housing. I am reporting her to the Better Business Bureau. Im also calling the tenants commissioner on her. Im also going to call hud lawyers to find out what my legal rights are., she knows that I rented this unit with pulmonary lung disease, a brain tumor in traumatic brain injury. Im on Social Security. This security deposit was paid by the county ************* I am poor and on a fixed income and shes trying to steal my deposit. I recommend that nobody runs from her shes a slumlord she doesnt fix anything this apartment was so gross. I had to change all the faucet screens, replace the lightbulbs replace the smoke detector battery unplug, a toilet snake out all the drains in the apartment her closet doors were off the hinges. She accuse me of breaking them, but yet the tracks are broke. She has mice, or I dont know what the stuff is thats in this water heater closet or where the water heater is she expects me to clean it which this all shouldve been done before I moved in here this place was gross and disgusting. I do not recommend anybody renting a unit from this lady. She needs to be shut down. Our attorney general needs to do an investigation on this lady and I will not allow her to take advantage of anybody else especially vulnerable and people on a fixed income.
