I had a GREAT experience with Iron River. Brad B was a really good resource through the process. Helping me decide on size, stair location, colors, etc. was something I got little to no help on when I got other bids. They were affordable and efficient and even came back when the deck was finished to make sure everything was perfect/fix some minor hiccups I would’ve never noticed. Highly recommend!

I recently coordinated with IronRiver Construction to build two patios (front and backyard). The customer service, quality, and professionalism was unparalleled. They built the projects as a unified team in a single day. Further, the kindness of our on-site team made all the difference. We felt safe, valued, and cared for every step of the way. It’s been one of the best investments we ever made to turn our house into a home, which was only made possible by IronRiver.

We've used Iron River for a couple projects, most recently was a roof replacement. Andy did a great job taking us through the process and patiently working with the insurance company. The crew was fast with the work and completed everything on time as they said they would. Very pleased, we’ll be using them again in the future.

We have used Iron River Construction for a few projects over the years (guest bathroom remodel, basement bar, windows, deck repair) and have always been very pleased with their work. Rick is great to work with - always responsive and easy to get in touch with. They have always stuck to their schedule and complete projects in a very timely manner. They are reasonably priced and do a great job! Would definitely recommend.

We had Brad from Iron River Construction out for a bid on a new deck. He was very helpful and thorough in his assessment. We hired Iron River, and added another project, to replace the wood around our garage doors which the squirrels had chewed. The crew from Iron River did an amazing job with our projects! It all started with a leak in our roof. We had a few people out to give us an estimate on repairs before we called our insurance company and we're not getting great responses until Rob from iron river came out. He insisted we have him present when the insurance clams adjuster came out which was totally beneficial. After Rob went around pointing things out to them and just like that we were approved! From that point on Rob helped us pick our color then he and his project manager Vidam were very informative and kept a good line of communication. Because it was winter we did have to wait until weather conditions were safe for the work to be done. When it came time for the work to be done Vidam was very clear in his instructions with us and when he and his crew came out to do the work it was done quick including the 13 pices of sheeting that needed to be replaced they got there early and were completely done before lunch, I was super impressed. After the work was completed Rob tried to help us get other things covered by insurance before we paid. I would definitely recommend this company, Rob and Vidam for the job! I was very pleased with our new roof. Both Rob R. and Vadim were very great to work with and provide any information I needed during the process.

Rob and Vadim did an amazing job on my windows, siding, and gutters. They were both very responsive to calls and texts and explained the process well.. Vadim was very meticulous and made sure everything was done correctly and to the highest of standards. I would definitely use them again for future projects. Very pleased with both them and their crew.

This past fall Vadim and Sergii, with Iron River Construction, did an excellent job on several projects. It started with a siding installation. All went well, and on time as scheduled. After the siding installation was completed, we decided to have our roof replaced. Being they did such a good job we decided to go with them again. We also had them replace some windows and a gutter along with the roof. They went well also. Good work, on time, as scheduled. Everything was cleaned up. We would go with them again, and would recommend them.
