      I just had such a terrible experience with Lenzen Chevrolet-Buick. Absolutely awful from beginning to end. Every single cliched and stereotypical negative thing you can think of with a car dealer. Six different ways to try and take advantage of the buyer, allll the while passive aggressively trying to maintain this notion that THEY'RE the ones doing things for you the customer. From trying to get us to test drive a car with 3/4 of the windshield covered in snow and ice, to sending us out on the test drive with fumes in the car so I had to put gas in. To bait and switching me on fees and just abject lies about the law, accusing the customer of lying. Shocking, shocking treatment. I cannot warn the customer away from this dealership strongly enough. Whatever you do, however desperate you are for wheels, do NOT buy from Lenzen Chevrolet. **** Lenzen actually called me AFTER his brother in law (apparently) disrespected me by saying, "What ... you think we're a duplicate title company??!?!!" And I know they will try to withold the downpayment from me, at least I expect they will. And they're supposed to send the funds they got from my bank back to the bank. I am fully prepared for them to go back on their word. Strongest warning possible ... STAY AWAY!

      Good day.In response to ************ and his experience at Lenzen *************** (Review ID ********************* made a deposit on a As-Is used car on 12/03/22. At that time he was dealing with our saleperson ******. ************ argued with my salesperson about wanting a warranty issued on a 2014 **** Focus with 92, 589 miles. a ** As-Is unit. After much debate ************ agreed to purchase the Focus AS-IS. **The dealership can NOT give any warranties on units over 75k miles and/or over 8 years old per the ***********.We did not hear from ************ for an extended period of time due to the fact he said he was out sick. Lenzen ************** has a policy of only holding a unit for 48 hours for any customer, but because he was sick we extended a courtesy to him. We then received information on his **** approval for financing. We took the steps and applied and sent in our information to ****. They asked for a updated piece of info and the deal was approved. The funds were transferred to us on 12/16/22. At that time ****** reminded him that we needed his title on his vehicle that he was trading in to us. He supplied ****** with a text of a sheet of paper of a title with someone elses name on it. ****** then informed him that this was just a copy and not the original title and that he needed a title in his name. He then sent over the same copy with a receipt from the ***** County DMV from 8/21/2020. The receipt from ***** County showed that there was a title transfer that took place. ****** then told him that he should have an original title from this transaction and that it is green in color.************ proceeded to yell on the phone at my salesperson so much so that our Business Manager (*****) who was walking by heard it and ended up taking over the conversation at which again ***** informed him if he didnt have his title to head over to the local DMV and get a duplicate title so we could then trade his vehicle in. ************ continued to yell and ***** for an extended period of time at which he said he wanted out of the deal and then hung up on him.***** informed me at this point and I took all of our information, reviewed it and gave ************ a call. I asked him how I could help him and he proceeded to tell me what a horrible place I had here and that everyone in this place was very unprofessional and had no clue how to run a business. I listened to what he had to say and I apologized. I even offered him to apply for a duplicate title to help him out and he said Oh now you want to help me? I then again informed him that legally to trade in a car, he needed a title. ************ said that the deal was off. He also said that he was preparing for a big mental battle ahead and was prepared to lose hundreds of dollars on the cancelation of this transaction. I then told him that Im sorry you feel this way, we are not into keeping other peoples money and I am happy to return his deposit (which we did on 12/16) for $200 dollars on his credit card and we would also send back the funds to ****. He called me a liar and said he didnt believe me.On Monday 12/19 the dealership issued a check #***** for $8,000 back to ****. I have a copy of the envelope and the check that is getting sent back to **** today 12/19/2022. We again called and left a message with ************ that his deposit was returned on 12/16 as well as the **** check was mailed today.As far as the iced up windshield and low gas. Mr. ***** son did come up and say that the windshield had some snow and ice on it. At that time ****** went out with a ice scraper and cleared all the windows.       They've made some kind of reply to my review which, unsurprisingly, paints me as unreasonable and whatever. Changes nothing about my experience or my guidance for you the consumer ... if you want to have a positive customer service experience then you should buy your car ANY where else. If you want to be subjected to 1) every trite, cliched, hackneyed, used car sales "scama-lama-ding-dong" ... then by allllll means buy from Lenzen. If you want an adversarial sales process ... buy from Lenzen. Here, here's a little more color for you as the consumer. So, you're sitting there with sales and you say, "Ok, I think there's something not right with the suspension of this vehicle and I'm interested in it, but I'd like you to have your mechanic check it out." And the sales person agrees that they will have a mechanic take it in and INSPECT it ... so you say, "Ok I'll sign this thing to hold it while you do that." Then ... they not only DON'T have a mechanic inspect it, they claim they never said they would, and they tell you (as if this is something great they're doing), "Well, we pulled the inspection that was done on the vehicle and our sales manager took it out and drove it. He didn't notice anything." Yeah ... look ... buyer beware!!!!
