      This company robs old people! My father purchased wireless headphones for $29.99 plus shipping and others fees. They are for Australia or New Zealand! Not for United States of America! It will cost him more to return it than to just accept he’s been taken advantage of! I’ve read enough in their sales magazine and I just want to warn people! Don’t buy from these crooks!

      Intentional misleading advertising Feb 2024 brochure. I will not do business with a company that shows total charges of $49.99 in online 'Checkout' screen then, upon selecting my PayPal account was a higher amount (no matter what their reason); in this case, with added tax and shipping charges. Surprise! If I had clicked my mouse, I would have been charged $66 when prior pages (including entering a coupon stated "free shipping". Contacted a rude customer service rep on the phone; insistent to sell me additional items, concluded I have to pay for shipping according to a different rule. "Total charges" on the preview page (including shipping and sales tax) must match when the site switches to payment options page which is difficult to 'back out' of.

      Charged my 83yr old mother with dementia for 2 subscriptions totaling $93.26. When I called they stated they sent 2 notices in Oct. When I told the lady the situation, she was very indifferent or sympathetic to the situation.

      I ordered for the first time and I am very happy I did. Recieved my radio and flashlights quickly and both work perfect! Even joined their 10% dicount which comes with a 10 dollar heartland coupon!

      Lots of products you just can't find many other places, and the prices are right too. Sign up for emails, there's always good deals and coupon codes in them. Fast shipping and customer service is real and helpful.
