I signed up for the shop's wine club in 2023. I canceled the membership in December 2023. Nevertheless, I was charged $34.95 for the January selection. I picked up the order, thinking my request was lost in the shuffle of the holidays. The clerk told me at that time that my subscription was marked final.However, I was charged again for $34.95 on February 1st. I called the store that day and was told by the clerk that she would give the message to her boss to refund the charge. I have contacted the store by email. I have received no response or credit to my account.Business response

This response is to address the complaint received from *******************************. **************** request has been granted and a refund was issued. The membership was
canceled at her request. Following the cancellation, **************** returned to the store and picked up additional wines. Upon doing so, **************** membership was
reinstated. The membership has now been permanently cancelled and customer number deleted and a refund issued for the final billing/ last billing period Ms. ********************** charged for. Additionally, **************** has yet to speak to management about her concerns prior to filing any complaints. Management attempted to reach ****************
and the number provided is disconnected and no one has replied to the emails we have sent to address this matter as well. We have more that 200 wine club members
and take pride in providing services they enjoy and want to be a part of. In no way were we trying to upset nor fail to honor any requested submitted by ****************. Her refund was
issue on 2/10/2024 and will take 3 to 5 business days to be returned to the customer.
Should **************** like us to provide her with a receipt of the return for her records we are happy to do so. On behalf of Dolce Vita Wine Shop, we would like to extend a sincere apology to **************** for any inconvenience this may have caused.
