This property posted a 10% daily discount for mentioning I was on the St. Croix Valley Pottery Tour. I did so upon making my reservation. When I checked out - the discount was not honored. I was told I needed to speak with the manager. I call 6 times since 5/8/2022, and was forced to leave my name and number for a call back. I never got one. I then submitted a complaint on line -as their website advised. No response. Today I call the corporate number ********** and was very rudely told by the person answering that they would not honor this discount, as it was not on their files. I shared the fact they failed to note it was not my fault. I was hung up on after getting berated by the manager. Unacceptable. It is not the money ($40) it is the absolutely horrific experience I went through to attempt to get what was owed me. Date I stayed: 5.6.2022 for 2 nights. The ************ location. The St. Croix Valley Potter Tour website notes the offer, and I did request it. Reservation ID: **********
