The company is listed as Plymouth Towing ****************************************** apparently purchased by or changed their name to Twin Cities Transport and Recovery.My daughter was in an accident and the *************** called this company to tow my daughters car. She was not able to get her belongings from the car including her apartment keys and the tow truck driver told her she could get her belonging at the tow company. She called to verify what she needed. She had to get an Uber to go to the Plymouth Towing and they would not let her get her belongs or even her keys. Her registration was not in the car and they would not accept the online verification despite her having proper identification. She was sent back by **** to her house and was told she needed her paper registration. I called to inquire and was treated rudely by the receptionist. When I said that they werent helpful to my daughter I was told, dont waste that on me. My daughter had to have her apartment make her a key. My daughter returned with her registration and now they refused to allow her access saying they need her to sign her car to insurance or pay the bill. I contacted the insurance company and they had no idea what sign off to the insurance company meant. I called again and talked to the same receptionist. She did not know my daughter was listening and she said she was going to make my day miserable. I talked to the supervisor **** who would not give me her last name. She would not provide me with an explanation what sign off or what the fees were. She was equally as rude. (See ****** reviews, this is a pattern). She said she was helping my daughter, all she wanted was money for the tow. So my daughter left that night and had to come back again. The person the next day did not require her to sign off. She got her belongings without signing anything. These people were rude, liars and just mean. They should not be used by the police since they scam people in accidents.
