I have my dryer under GE warranty. Bell appliance accepted this as a 3rd party to fix and never called or showed up as scheduled. I called GE appliance and made complaints and left 3 voicemails for Bell appliance requesting a call for when service would be provided. GE appliance also sent them a reminder on the 29th and told me if I did not have a call from them by the following day to call customer relations to make a compliant. I did this and am now scheduled with a different company for the repairs. I received a **** in the mail today for services that were NEVER provided and on top of that, it states I am out of warranty which is indeed incorrect as my warranty does not expire until August. Such a fraud. how do they claim they "lint in blower wheel, cleaned out rollers and blower test ok, out of warranty" when they never entered my house.
