            I purchased a vehicle in November of 2021 and purchased gap insurance with this vehicle. I was able to refinance at a much lower interest rate with another bank and paid off the vehicle. I have been waiting for schwieters Chevrolet to refund me my gap insurance which is around $804.00. they told me that I would be getting the check in ******* and I never received a check then I called and they told me I would be getting a check February never received a check it is now March and I deserve my refund on my gap insurance. I feel they should also pay me interest on this considering they have not paid me when they said they were going to. I have called them three different times and I've received no results from them. If the better Business bureau could help me out in this matter it would be greatly appreciated. I feel like they are pushing me around and there's nothing I can do about it.             I bought a truck two years ago at an inflated price and they suggested I put gap insurance on it, so I did. They said, when you pay down the truck to what it is worth, just give us a call and well remove the gap insurance, not a problem. So I called in a year and a half after I bought it to have gap insurance removed and they wanted to charge me $800 to remove the insurance. I would recommend going to a different dealership than ********* Chevrolet.
