      Ms. Martin - Ascension Point Recovery Services, LLC - Too bad there is not a zero or deplorable star (nicer words than I would like to use!!!!!!!!) SHAME ON YOU!!! I agree with (David H). "Any company that contacts relatives of a deceased person regarding their "estate" should be put out of business. It is absolutely reprehensible and outrageous that I was contacted regarding my brother who passed away unexpectedly. He doesn't have an "estate."" In our family it was our beloved father, husband, granddad, and friend of the our community.

      This place is disgusting. They called me several times in regards to my dad who passed away 8 months ago! 8 MONTHS! When I refused their calls, they called my husband refusing to tell him what company it was until he gave them information or handed me the phone, the guy was incredibly rude to me and my husband and after the second time he huffed because I was demanding the company name, I hung up on him, they then called and sent a letter to my dad's EX wife, of which I told her to burn the letter. Then they went after my sister and I just recieved a letter in the mail fishing for money. There is no "financial on the state". Stop looking for money, this company is garbage, the employees are ******** and they can all kindly **** ***.

      Any company that contacts relatives of a deceased person regarding their "estate" should be put out of business. It is absolutely reprehensible and outrageous that I was contacted regarding my brother who passed away unexpectedly. He doesn't have an "estate."

      Just got your letter today. How dare you vultures try and swindle $ from my loved ones estate which has NO debt! You are scammers who prey on ppl at their most vonerable when they are grieving. Everyone reading this throw AscensionPoint Recovery Services, LLC m’s correspondence in the trash and block all their #s if they try to call you. What POS!

      I was contacted today about my mother's estate who passed away in February of this year. Her Florida law all of her debts and everything went to her husband who is currently incarcerated for the next 25 years. I explained to the gentleman that all of the debts became his and he would have to take it up with the Florida department of corrections on how to contact her husband. He asked if there was any probate hearings or any other executors to her account which I stated as of right now there are zero. He stated that information was mailed to the address on file which he could not confirm which address to make sure that it was even sent to a legitimate address that belonged to my mother. I explained to him that in the near future I may be going to probate court and it would be very beneficial on my behalf to have something in writing that there is a company trying to obtain part of her estate if there is anything just so that way it can be dealt with sooner rather than later due to the circumstances of her husband. He proceeded to tell me that he was unable to give me even the slightest document just to state that they were trying to obtain information on her estates that I could take to the courts with the probate documentation that I was told I would need. At this point I am also unsure as to how your company obtained my phone number considering it is nowhere on anything that had her name or her husband's name on it. So I would really appreciate you not calling my phone anymore as I stated I have no idea how my phone number was even found to be a part of anything to do with her.

      My father passed in September 2023. He apparently did have a Best Buy credit card at one time, but was unable to purchase anything the year before his death and certainly this item following his death. Best Buy allowed some fee to be added to his store credit card the months after death and although I phoned Best Buy credit and said he didn't purchase anything in October or November, they proceeded to send to this collection company. I will not waste any further time contacting Best Buy or this collections company regarding this issue. The authorized person for him has been in hospice herself in recent months. I guess you'll feel free to take her to court regarding nothing that was purchased following the death of her husband. She no longer uses the phone, reads anything, or is unable to write any letters.

      Was contacted via phone by Sabrina *******, who said she represented your company. She wanted to speak to whomever was in charge of my MIL's estate. I did some research before returning her call. My MIL's debts have all been taken care of. There is zero outstanding debt, and there is no estate. This company preys on vulnerable people at the worst point in their lives. It's despicable. No further information will be forthcoming regarding her estate. I have blocked all of their known numbers, and will continue to block any numbers that connected with them. There is no profit to be made from my MIL's estate, so I'm sure you will want to close your file. Please don't bother sending any condolences, as we understand that you really couldn't care less, and your insincere placations are neither needed nor wanted.

      My husband committed suicide 8 months ago, had a vehicle loan his name only. After paying for the vehicle for two months, taking his death certificate with the 1st pmt., I found this out on my own. I was advised to Voluntarily Surrender the truck to the bank. I returned end of that 2nd month spoke with the manager and left the vehicle and key with him. I continue to receive late notices, finally received a call and talked to the repossession agent . He apologized profusely and told me he would go to the bank branch that day. I have since continued to receive late notices from that bank, after speaking in person with them 6 visits, and 4 phone calls, and sending them three copies of the same death certificate handed to them in August. NOW THIS COMPANY IS SENDING ME A LETTER! THERE IS NO ESTATE, THE TRUCK LOAN WAS IN HIS NAME ONLY! There are NO other debts, I Have not received, nor has any of my family received any notices, or late notices, or any type of collection notices from anyone! I tried to reach out to this company by email, to make them aware of the truck loan he had, and could not get past the first page to do anything. As have to attest that I am the representative of the Estate - there is NO estate - Iwill not be reaching out to them. It

      My mother-in-laws fiance died unexpectedly, and I received a letter from this company trying to find the executor to his estate. I don't know the man's business, but now they're sending me letters to try and find out information. Go f*** yourselves AscensionPoint, you greedy scavengers.
