We contracted with Results to replace our roof and gutters. In June they came out to do the roof, in that process they also removed the old gutters. During this process they caused damage to the facia and metal wrap on our house. We waited until the gutters were replaced to see if they would fix the damage at that time, which they did not. After the gutters were installed, we contacted them about the damage that was done. They came out and took pictures and said they would be sending out someone to fix the issues. We had someone show up to our door when we were not home, and they called my husband to say they were taking measurements. The work still has not been completed so imagine my surprise when I received an email stating the repairs were completed this past week and demanding payment in 3 days or they would put a lien on our property and we would be responsible for any associated legal fees. We would like nothing more to be done dealing with this company but our contract states that we will make payment once the work is done. We have the money sitting in our account, ready to be paid to them, but will not pay until the work is completed. It has b they called my husband to say they were taking measurements. Results Contracting was delayed completing repairs that had been planned the week of 10/23 due to weather conditions.  The repairs were completed on 10/31 to the satisfaction of the customer and confirmed by the ********************** site supervisor.  Completion and repairs were confirmed onsite with the home owner as well as through a phone call between ************ and the Results Contracting General Manager on 10/31.  Results Contracting also received payment in full for the completed project the same day, 10/31.  We offer our apologies for the delay wrapping up the final service and punch list items and thank you for the partnership on the project to resolve all outsanding issues and the final balance due.

8/1/2023- started the roof replacement and removed the gutters so that they could also be replaced as part of the replacement and original bid. It took a month for the gutters to finally get installed, when they were installed they were incorrectly installed. It took another three week for the return to fix the error but with the error in gutter installation that was installed damaged the siding of the house that was not damaged in the first place. Now I have siding damage that was done at the expense of the contractor. There was a window repair that was included in the insurance estimate in which the contractor shared that they are more then capable of providing for the repairs but now they tell us as the home owner we have to call another contractor to see if they are able to fix the window that was included in the estimate. My understanding according to the contractors website is that they are able to manage all of the parts of the repairs and I should not have to be bringing in additional contractors. Plus the length of time we are at almost 2 months and still trying to work thought the process or getting anyone to answer questions with out saying they will pass it to someone else.

The Results Contracting production team has followed up with this howeowner regarding the installation issues and punch list items related to the gutter installation, which was moved after the initial install at the homeowners direction, after initial instructions provided to the installation crew. There is also a window replacement scope of work that has now been identified and is in the supplement process with the customers insurance provider to confirm coverage and/or replacement budget for this aspect of the project. Unfortunately the communciation and timelines working in the restoration industry can be dependent on response from the insurance provider.  Results Contracting is taking responsiblity for the project and at no time has intended to direct the client to another contractor to complete the work.  As General Manager I have reached out and left a message for ****** with my direct contact information on 9/20 and also our production department has been in communication with ***** via text messages and calls to communicate on the gutter and window issues. We are tracking these communications and resolutions. I encourage the homeowers to contact our main office at ************ if there are ongoing concerns or updates required. We will continue to contact *****/****** directly move all aspects of the project to completion.

Results Contracting knocked on our door early this summer and informed us that many homes in the area had gotten hail damage in a recent storm (storm was May 2022). They evaluated our roof and determined that we did in fact have storm damage. They worked with our insurance agency to help us file a claim and we received a payment from the insurance agency of $10,756.81, which we signed over to Results to use toward the installation of a new metal roof on our home. We were told that their office would call us shortly to get the installation scheduled. That was in September 2022. It is now December 2022 and we still do not have a new roof, we never received a call to get it scheduled. We have called multiple times and they have dodged our calls telling us they would call us back or that somebody else would call us soon. At this point it appears that they have just made off with our deposit and do not intend to do the work. We would like them to finish the job and replace our roof within the next month or refund us our full deposit so we can find a contractor who will do the work.

Thank you for the feedback and inquiry on the metal roof project.  Results Contracting is an established and licensed ** General Contractor with an established office in **** Rapids,MN.  We service the twin cites metro area,as well as outstate ** and successfully execute 100s of successful projects per year with many satisfied customers.
Results Contracting stands behind the agreement and change order signed with the client for this project.   While I cant commit a specific installation date today, Results Contracting does perform metal roof installations throughout the winter months, weather dependent, and is project is now prioritized in the queue.  The Results Contracting Production Manager did contact our vendor **** Supply) today  and working on the materials ordered.  We expect this to be an approximate 3-week lead time at this stage.  When we have the delivery target locked down, he will then schedule an installation crew and communicate to coordinate a date for installation
I do apologize if there have been any gaps in communications,or schedule timelines.  I see that our Team Lead has followed up on behalf of the homeowner, did send an email communication similar to this update on 12/16/22 and show record of leaving a voice mail on @11/4 updating status.
Results looks forward to executing a successful project and will be reaching out soon with additional information.  In the meantime, the main office number is ************ and you can speak with our production department or General Manager.  The ** email is ***********************************.

Results Contracting has two restoration open projects with **************. Results completed  a shingle roof project and have a metal roof and window scope of work to complete.  Delays have been subject to material availability and lead times on windows and labor on the metal roof.  On the metal roof  scope of work,  materials are delivered and on-site.  The Results Production Manager is in process of coordinating labor resources for the installation.  General Manager communicated with ************** on 11/3 that we are working to get this setup.  Results Production Manager contacted and communicated with questions and coordination on 11/8 that this is tentatively planned in 2 weeks, weather dependent. On the window aspect of the job the work has been subject to material (window) lead times and in turn labor installation coordination.  Results messaged ************** on 11/9 that the windows are due to arrive in the **** area next week and the installer will contact ************** to schedule and coordinate an install date accordingly.  Any questions or concerns related to this can be directed to the Results Contracting ********************* at ************ or issues concerns escalated to General Manager, ************************  Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: Only after filing this complaint did I get a phone call nothing has been scheduled as of today 11/11 I have only received exactly   what they stated other than the dates of contact one was the day of this complaint being filed and the other was the 9 th as stated I will accept this response once something has been at least scheduled and not just a warm fuzzy phone call to try to pacify its been much to long to just blame it on covid or supply change or what have you I want Results like their name states .

As of this afternoon we stand by our previous communication,  I also contacted ****** at the BBB as the contact listed and spoke with her via phone to explain our position and that we are making a good faith effort to respond to the complaint and address the consumer issue with the schedule and project.  We are looking to get a crew confirmed to then set a schedule to do the metal roof. Given the current production queue and weather we hope to be able to set a schedule for this with ************** next week.  With regard to the Window installation, it looks like the materials are coming directly from the *** and we are told they will be delivered to the area next week. In turn the installer will then work directly to set the install schedule with ***************  I understand ************** may want a very specific schedule and commitment at this time, but given the variables with weather and materials I can't realistically provide that level of detail at this time.  I wanted to reply to this immediately vs. the 10 day window as the windows may be in next week and then we can set that schedule accordingly.  Any questions or concerns related to this can be directed to the Results Contracting ********************* at ************ or issues concerns escalated to General Manager, ************************
