            I was contacted by an agent claiming that I owe a debt to anytime fitness which I do not. I explained to them that I cancelled my membership with the gym because I felt it wasn't a good fit for **** dropped the cancellation letter off in the drop box as instructed by anytime fitness because I only had till Dec. 25 2023 to cancel and they were closed the 24 th and 25th for the holiday. The agent became aggressive and treating when I stated I was not paying. She said I needed proof or needed to hand it to a person. I again explained they were closed and this is what I was directed to do to meet the deadline for cancellation and I'm not paying what I don't owe . And I have proof. She then said I was f*":: paying or she would just take it and as I was speaking hung up in me...This is completely unacceptable I for one don't owe a debt and have proof and two you can't threaten people it's unprofessional and illegal.

            Real Nasty lady! Just kept talking over and degrading me. She kept talking in circles and twisting everything to fit her narrative. Just a vulgar piece of trash!!

            It sounds like the same complaint from 2-3 days ago - Our Company does not speak rudely to anyone. No one is ever talked to in a degrading tone; we are here to assist the party in taking care of their responsibility for the money owed.
