January 6th I paid ******** service for an oil change. They never changed my oil, and stole money from inside my closed center console.Initial Complaint

First off the driver damaged my car while towing it and the owner tried to tell me he didnt, the damage was already there. Good thing I took pictures of him damaging it! He had nothing to say once I told him I had pictures. He had my car for a week. I called everyday to ask them to look at my car to see what is wrong with it and was told every single day they would get to it when they could. Friday I went to check on my car its not even in their parking lot it was way over by ************ with my hood open and all four doors were unlocked. I called today and the owner told me they looked at it Friday (which nobody called me to tell me that) and he doesnt want to deal with it because there are some screws that were taken out to look at it and see whats wrong with it. Mind you I literally told the tow truck driver who works for ******** this when he took my car and was told that wasnt a problem. I think he needs to finish it and repay towing fees.
