8/5 charged incorrectly twice on my credit card. ***** stated he would fix it and still has failed to refund the correct amount. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Huge inconvenience and headache.Business response

I had reached out to the customer to accommodate to her needs and had refunded her the amount requested. The credit card processing company had told me that half of the refund was processed at the time of her visit so it was my understanding that she needed to a refund for $10. She reached out with a nasty email saying she wasn't satisfied with her refund so I went out of my way to refund her a second time even when she was not owed anything more then what was processed and told her I would bring her $10.00 in cash in person if she didn't want to wait for the refund but she did not respond to that so I just refunded her an additional $10 to her credit card and haven't heard back from her. The sad part was that this was over $10.00 and unfortunately the customer seems to have unrealistic expectations and I felt I did everything I could to accommodate to her requests even when she wasn't owed anything after the 1st refund was completed.
