Extremely disappointed. Called for information & to compare places. Apparently this means you signed up for services & arent contacted again until they bill you (the company we went with notified us BEFORE the serviceas they should). They did a service on our lawn, we called & told them we didnt sign up for it again, nice receptionist said ok she could cancel everything. We had a conversation about who would pay for that service. Company came AGAIN. Burnt our lawn due to the company we set up services with was just there a few days prior. Called them repeatedly. Received 1 call back and were unable to answer. I continued to call and speak with receptionist & leave voicemails. Finally reached ************ was so disrespectful & rude. Couldnt even have a discussion with him. He wouldnt hear anything I had to say & just kept saying I was wrong. Threatened us. So I hung up. I would not recommend based on this conversation alone let alone all the issues with NO responsibility taken for anything. I truly believe we both were in the wrong but he wouldnt hear of it. After posting this review, they replied and claimed I "stated if I (company) dont give her the applications for free, She is going to post a bad ****** review. Almost like blackmail." I NEVER stated I wanted anything for free. I NEVER "blackmailed" him. I NEVER signed up for any service. They have no document or account card number from me to sign up for any service. The owner claims taking down my email was agreement. I was never told that & stated to them on more than one occasion that I was going with a different company. He actually threatened ME with "sending me to collections." I have never not paid a bill, been sent to collections, or ever had a situation like this occur. I have since spoken with numerous agencies that all say the same. There was not an agreement in ********** did not have the right to complete a service that I did not agree to. He was unprofessional & his actions were appalling.

Dear Customer Sorry For the experience you feel you received. This lady called, I spoke with her and explained how everything works. She agreed so I went ahead and collected the information I needed to set up the account, including the email address and signed her up for 3 applications on 5/22/23 with no request for a call first. We arrived at her house and sprayed the yard on 5/31/23, for the spring application. We left a flag in the yard and a bill in her door. We returned on 7/12/23 and sprayed the summer application. Shortly after that she called and stated that she did not want the applications. We went ahead and canceled her Fall application. We at Fert-L-Lawn Lawn Care tried multiple time to contact her after her cancelation to collect payment for the services completed, with no response. She received a statement of unpaid balance and decided to call back on Nov 29th and stated, if I don't give her applications for free, she is going to post a bad reviews on all social media platforms. Almost like Blackmail. I stated to her that any unpaid balances would be turned over for collection. After Further discussion with her, she asked If I would split the bill with *** and I agreed. After she posted a ****** review in her husbands name and I replied, she called back and was very disgruntled. Once again, I tried to solve the problem, which I thought she was happy with. Assuming the situation was under control no further actions were taken. Now she has continued to slander my business by contacting the better business bureau. It is hard for business in this day and age, due to the fact that people who dont want to pay for the services they order, can threaten to post bad reviews. We at Fert-L-Lawn Strive to provide the best service in a timely matter. We would never Sign anyone up that did not agree to the Service.

I inquired about information. I never signed up for a service. To sign up for a service. You need to give your credit card which they never received. After they applied the first application. I called and canceled and said I already had another company coming. They then applied a second application so I called again. I never blackmailed them. If they want to talk about defamation of character them saying that I'm blackmailing them is defamation of character. Maybe your business wouldn't be so hard to run if you didn't treat people the way you treated. They never came up with a solution. I offered a solution multiple times. Each time without an apology from said company. I never said I wanted a free service. I never said I wanted their service. They assumed when I called and got information. That is on them. I have witnesses to that conversation and I never threatened to blackmail them. I never threatened them by saying if they didn't give me services for free I'd write bad reviews. I said by how they were conducting their business, I would be leaving a negative review which is in my full right. And FYI I left the review under my husband's name because I don't have an account. And since it was a service done to both of us, again there is nothing wrong with that. I'm the one that has apologized and try to come up with solutions when all they have done is defamed my name and character and made accusations.
