            I purchased a dishwasher May 2023 via ****** who appears to contract with Allegro Home Delivery. Fast forward to October 2023 I worked with *** at Allegro and shared that employees of her company chipped my brand new Quartz Countertops and drilled holes in my brand new white shaker cabinets. with the 1st dishwasher install. Photos were all sent to *** and claim was filed. After several tech visits, water leaking on to my kitchen floor, being told to order ********* Amazon, telling me ******* would be out to only have 1 tech show up not prepared to resolve the issue I filed a BBB complaint. I was told by Claim Adjuster ****************************************** couldn't find anyone to fix the issue. She initially had some random guy call me who tells me he is not licensed and bonded and couldn't help! I asked her several times to find a contractor and someone who is licensed and bonded. I just had my entire house remodeled and it's allegros responsibility to fix what they damaged She then responds and says can we just pay. you $250 .....based on what? She couldn't provide an answer and then I responded with I just paid $30k for my kitchen remodel and you want to pay me $250 for the damage? I said I would accept a minimum of $2000 or you can have contractors come out and provide estimates as you should. This claim adjuster also told me there were quartz counter top kits to fix the issue. What about the cabinets? I'm requesting a competent employee to remedy this issue and consumer should be compensated appropriately. Or they can reiumburse me for the brand new dishwasher I had to exchange out from the 1st one because they couldn't remedy the issue. I had to pay extra and out pocket for the Bosch dishwasher as well.

            Contracted by ****** to install a dishwasher, they began the removal of the old dishwasher and then "discovered" additional items that needed replacement that were not covered by the install contract with ******. A air gap, which sells for $12.00 at *********** needed to be replaced for $100.00 which they wanted us to pay by scanning a QR code on their phone and an inlet hose for $50.00. When we told them to use the original parts and not to replace them they left leaving us with an uninstalled old dishwasher and no new dishwasher. After many hours on the phone we finally got them to send another installer and we agreed to pay the $100.00 for the $12 part and the new dishwasher is installed.. Allegro Home Delivery is a very dishonest business and I am deeply disappointed that *************** risking their good name and reputation by contracting with such a nefarious company. I had hoped that they vetted their subcontractors better than that.

We deeply value our customers' safety and the integrity of their property, and our decision to replace the air gap was rooted in this commitment.Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to regain your trust in our commitment to providing quality service.
