Like all the other complaints on here I have an email receipt of my invoice for my ticket on Feb 8th, 2020 for $130. I understand the event getting postponed because of COVID and they told us that. Then it was moved again and I understood and was still planning to go. Then I heard nothing and emailed them and got an automated response back saying that they would get back to us soon with information. Then nothing. I emailed again asking for a refund since no event has even happened or news of another event happening and the email came back as invalid. The website was taken down and now I have no idea where to turn like I am sure MANY other people are. The founders name is Mat Garretson, Whiskey on Ice, Minnesota's Premier Whiskey Celebration. This was supposed to be the 7th annual one so obviously this event has happened before. There was also an email sent out that they would issue refunds if we reached out and I reached out and nothing happened. I have all these emails saved. The least they can do is provide a refund. Everyone has struggled with COVID but it is not an excuse to steal people's money and hide. I would like this resolved as I am sure there are many more who would appreciate it.Initial Complaint

I purchased tickets for the 2020 and 2021 event, see attached invoices. When events were canceled without notice, I attempted to receive refund of $400 ($200 for each event) and received no replies from phone, email or Facebook after multiple attempted contacts. Facebook and website have since been deleted. Request refund.Initial Complaint

Back in January 2020 I purchased a ticket to whiskey on ice (been going for many years). When it got postponed until October 2020, I was okay with that and just waited it out. Then it got postponed to March 2021. Again, not a problem, great event and worth the wait. Now - nothing. The last email I received was September 28th, 2020 noting the March event. And now nothing - money lost and no way to get my money back. HELP! This WAS a great event - sad to see it go SO WRONG by taking my money in the end.
