This complaint is in regard to lack of service at this cemetery. Our family has paid upfront for complete burial with headstone markers. The death of our mother was over a year ago, and no headstone has been installed at the gravesite. I have repeatedly contacted both ******************* and *************************** to discuss the progress. Many promises have been made and broken over the last year. The headstone is a small marker which lies flat to the ground and should have been no problem.Thanks for your assistance in getting this work completed in a timely fashion.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
The business has not installed the headstone as promised. He claims to be in constant contact which implies he has been keeping us informed of status of issue. The only reason we have been in contact is because we have called him constantly checking on his progress and promises to install the headstone. We have to call him because he does not respond to emails.The headstone was to be installed last week, per his response to you, and that did not occur.
