On 9/27/23 I purchased **************** from Strategic Partners Limited LP in the amount of $330.90. I made 5 more payments in the amount of $310.90 each on dates 10/27/23, 11/26/23, 12/27/23, for a grand total of $1,865.40, when you include the initial payment of $330.90 on 9/27/23. Strategic Partners Limited LP were committed to provide health and dental coverage.No providers that I would talk to would take coverage by Strategic Partners Limited.Upon canceling my insurance and asking for a refund, the business did not resolve the problem, beyond an automated cancelation confirmation email. insurance company is a scam when we needed it we never got insurance cards.only rx cards when we contacted rtge agent he said we have no name or policy of you in our system, and eventually told me to f off a hole.we have been scammed out of ******* dollars. my wife needed to go to the emergency room and had to leave because we didnt have legitamite health insurance. thought we were coverd and we needed it we found out we were scammed. please help any way you can to stop theses scam artists. its tragic whet they do to hard working people.Initial Complaint

September 2023: Obtained medical/health insurance with Strategic Limited Partners for my wife, ***********************.(Although the broker completely misled me regarding the rates, I kept the insurance since my wife had none)November 2023: **** went to the emergency room after suffering continued bodily pain, frequent numbness of extremities, etc. upon recommendation of ************ Provider.Maury Regional Medical System filed claim(s) with Strategic Limited Partners.Late 2023: **** returned to hospital for colonoscopy and upper GI as recommended by her GI doctor.I was told insurance would not cover procedure since 5 claims had already been filed for the year. At this point **** had only had insurance with Strategic Limited Partners for approximately 3 months. I paid for down payment on procedure out of pocket. May 29, 2024: I learned Strategic Limited Partners had NOT covered any of the costs for ****'s ER visit (over $8800). A phone call to them was useless...the representative said I needed to contact the broker... but I had been making monthly payments of approximately $350 to the insurance company (Strategic Limited Partners).May 30, 2024: Called Strategic Limited Partners and asked to speak to supervisor. Was put on hold, then referred to claims department. The original representative later hung up on me. She had already verified there was an a previous account, began to give me the "run-around". I told them all I wanted to do was discuss the claim as I was the one responsible for making the payments. She hung up on **** feel scammed by Strategic Limited Partners. They claim to be a health insurance company, yet failed to cover valid medical expenses. If expenses are not covered, I expect a full refund of money paid to them.Initial Complaint

This company acted as ********** Blue Shield employees, with extensive information and data about their claims process and Texas health care laws. This is misrepresentation and fraud as no record exists in the member portal of them, the company on the transaction, the transaction on my end, or ********** themselves. This company automatically comes up in my CC transaction but is listed under insurance; However, BCBS automatically provides receipts for all auto pay transactions and had no record either of this transaction which this company claimed was the state of Texas's portion while acting as BCBS. Not once was the company name was mentioned.Initial Complaint

I was sold a health insurance policy under false pretense, the sales guy told me I would have coverage and now that I need a procedure they are only going to pay $400.00. I had been paying this for over 2 years at ****** a month. I was totally lied to, I would love a full refund of all the money I gave them but since I know that will not happen I want this last months amount. I called to cancel and they told me they would not refund the amount.Initial Complaint

I tried to cancel a marketplace coverage and this company enrolled me into their insurance plan knowing that I was trying to cancel a different insurance plan
