I called them up for xtra insurance. They told me to pay $426.90 as a down payment for a 1 year plan health insurance . They even said they would cover sonata..a procedure done for women. Instead they try to charge me a monthly fee of $406.90..luckily I put them on my credit card. I even called them before a 30 days period and the phone number was out of service..Today I am being told that I can not get a refund back cause I passed the 30 days period when I was told before august 1 st ***** to get a refund back.Scammers..fraud..done by these people they need to be shut down..Review from Rosie A

THEY ARE STALLING IN MAKING PAYMENTS TO MY PROVIDERS. I WILL CANCEL MY INSURANCE AND I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY TO BE REIMBURSED!!!!! How can I do that?Review from Michael J

They won't cancel my request and co tinder to charge me. I had thought I was purchasing extra coverage on my other insurance (my fault for not making sure was same company and ok with the first payment on my mistake) but they still won't cancel my insurance as requested. I have sent them all the documents as requested. I also contacted my bank to block them from charging again but billed under a different name the next time.Review from Martha H

I got got as well!! Unfortunately, I didnt find out about them, until I invested monies! Its sad they havent been stopped already, it was the baddest customer service, I ever experienced. I never received a contract or any info, until I informed them that I was canceling my contract, thats when young lady sent me another person contract, trying to convince me it was mines, and later told me that I wasnt entitled to a refund!!Frustrated CustomerReview from Rogena Marie A

Horrible!! My Pregnant 24 yr old daughter thought she was buying health insurance, they took over $200 . Then they told her she could Not see our use her insurance for a month! Insurance cards never arrived. Only one number to contact. By the time we figured out it was a scam, she called to cancel, and was transferred to 5 different ppl before being Hung up on!! This is unacceptable to take advantage of ppl. Please think twice about using them.Review from Robert O

I purchased what was supposedly to be an Aetna health insurance policy from these scammers and never received any id cards. After several attempts to contact them I was bounced around to different people. They took 2 payments out of my account and when I tried to cancel the policy I was told I couldnt and they refused to refund me. DO NOT USE THIS company for any reason. Got this through the exchange/ ***** Care and told I pay 359 for 3 months and then premium would be paid in full for rest of year. They got my card info and charged it for 4 months and would not cancel it. I had to turn off card to stop the payments. This is a scam!!!!!!Review from Teresa B

100% agree... we got suckered as well. Strategic Limited Partners LP (RNM Advisors LLC, enrolling agent) said it was medical and dental coverage, but no medical practice recognizes this card. They recognize the name 'First Health' but that is just a provider network... NOT insurance. I am wondering if this SCAM would be a 'qualifying life event' per the Covered CA website "when you applied, misconduct or misinformation occurred on the part of your authorized representative or incorrect eligibility or plan information occurred during enrollment".
