As a single female homeowner, I would not recommend TC to any friend,family member, or neighbor. I had a really bad experience with them that resulted in me paying a hefty cancellation fee before they did any negotiations with my insurance, before they ordered any materials, and before they did any work on my home. I had a pretty steep learning curve with insurance claims and how to go about getting a contractor to do the work, and I feel like TC took advantage of that. I felt taunted and bullied by the owner, and I won't be considering them for any future work, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their home.

We are disappointed and confused by your review. When we learned that after our initial inspection and upon receipt of your insurers comprehensive estimate, that your insurance provider approved a full replacement of the roof, some gutters/downspouts, and window wraps, etc., we were so happy for you, and we were excited to be a part of your home renovation insurance proceeds project. However, once payment was received by you, you appeared to disregard the contract which you had signed. We were really looking forward to doing the work, especially since you were a "friend" of one of our employees. Ultimately, we simply invoiced you per the contract's cancelation terms. We care about our customers, and we do excellent quality work in everything we do. We remained ready, able, and willing to complete all of the work you had contracted for, and we were quite disappointed in how you handled things once you had received the funds. All things considered, it seems unfair that you (and others you have enlisted) have left multiple negative reviews across multiple platforms when, ultimately, you were the one who breached our contracts, and all we ever wanted to do was to do the work we were contracted to do. We're sorry you're unhappy. Your actions also felt very unfair to us. Regardless, we wish you the best in your future endeavors moving forward.
