Suddenly the online serves provided by EQ Shareowner Services do not work properly as they have in the past. I wait on line for an hour for a live agent and tech support. They take two days to respond to questions online and their response is of no use. I need a live person to resolve my contact information. The website timesout before it loads perhaps. The one live person I did reach was absolutely of no help. I am not sure there was not a language barrier there. It was futile. Tried to call back. EQ offers no assistance, no tech support, and my account "plan" cannot be observed or managed. I just want a real person to provide real support and resolve the online mess they created.Business response

I transferred some shares from my former employers 401k to my rollover *** at Fidelity some time in February this year (2021). EQ served as the "holding/transfer" agent for the said transaction which in this case was supposed to go from a fidelity resident 401k to a fidelity resident Rollover ***.While the shares were in "transit" with EQ it crossed the ex dividend date prior to the shares being transferred to my rollover *** account. Because of this my dividend for March 2021 for my ** shares was paid to EQ instead of paying into my rollover account at Fidelity. Ever since then almost 6 months in am still chasing my dividends being transferred to me or to my rollover account at fidelity to no avail. Three attempts at collecting my dividends have been made, one by me and two by fidelity and each time EQ comes up with new requirements that make no sense to just keep delaying the process.Business response

I have made numerous attempts to transfer my deceased father's share to myself and my sister to no avail. It doesn't matter how many times I have sent all the property transfer forms and related documents, EQ continues to give me the run around. I have been doing this for over a year through my attorney's office.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:1. Per the ** letter dated September 1, 2021 it stated to call *********************** Specialist ***** and I have left him five (5) messages and to date he has not responded.
2. Per Paragraph 3 of said letter ** never relayed this information with regard to having a specific number of shares on the transfer forms. We were never told why the transfer forms were rejected except for a couple of accounts that supposedly needed documentation per Paragraph 3 of this e-mail.
3. The only ** correspondence received were several letters to provide specific documentation which was already provided to **. The documents they requested were returned by them, i.e. the same documents that were sent to them were returned by them requesting said documentation.
4. **s letter of September 1, 2021 states that a transfer packet including forms was enclosed but this has never been received.
5. We are requesting the account numbers and number of shares for Tupperware, ******************************** and Imperial.
6. Any time I have called ** they wont talk to me even though several Authorizations by ***************************** have been sent to them.
Attached please find correspondence received from ** with regard to rejecting transfer forms.
We have been attempting to transfer all ** accounts for two (2) years and are wanting to resolve this matter immediately.
