We hired MN Duct Cleaning to clean the ductwork for a house we are renovating. The vents are in the ceiling and are the same variety that are on walls. When no before and after photos were sent, which is part of what you pay for, I was told the technician couldnt remove those registers. The hose he inserted was big enough to fit in the vent slat. We have no way of knowing if our ducts were cleaned or not. Then when I complained, they miraculously sent photos of ductwork from somebodys house. We do not recommend.Review from Al H

Did whole home duct cleaning and dryer vent. Did a great job with photos of clean ducts. I highly recommend this company. Professional and ************. Covered and whipped all runs and trunks.Review from Dan K

I was Scammed by MN Duct Cleaning.. The advertised a September (23) Special, 1/2 price special , half of the normal $500 fee , so it was $250.... They advertised a Negative Deep Pressure Cleaning... but what I got was a Oversized Shop vacuum mounted on a 50gal barrel inside a mini ****** they vacuumed out the trunk runs, but Never did anything to the main trunk duct....all they did was vacuum with a 2inch hose from their shop vacuum... they Never even look @ the furnace or air filters..... then they Insisted I pay them $350 .... when I showed them the ad that was on my phone, they persisted on the $350, but I held my ground..... the two guys were here less than one hour, one taking off vent grates ,(cold air) one guy vacuuming.... I Did call ********************* , but they didn't care as they had gotten their $...I told them that the guys didn't clean the main duct.. they just said that only clean the trunk runs... This WASN'T a Duct Cleaning job, this was just a Scam to Rip Off this Senior Home Owner...I Would Never Recommend having ******************** .. PERIOD Very *************************** for what I Paid For,!

*****, the technician assigned was great. He arrived on time, explained the process and worked hard for the three hours it took to do the cleaning.
