Terrible customer service. Processing times are not reliable and they charge excessively above the norm of what it costs to expedite. Then, it still doesn't make a difference. No apologies or resolution. I was a customer service manager for 33 years and always found a way to work with my customers. I'm moving my business and money elsewhere.Review from Kat B

Horrible customer service. They do not adhere to their stated processing times, do not care if their shipments arrive, and will not reply or help at all.I still haven't received my order. At this point the quality of their products doesn't matter since I paid for things I haven't received.Review from Charles R

I had a pretty leaky and bad experience with this company - I addressed it with them - they handled it professionally and courteously ! Ive ordered prior to and after the above not d order and the product and service has been top notch- timely well pack deliveries - product as advertised or better.Review from Alexandra N

??DO NOT PURCHASE AROMA BEADS??Purchased 400 lbs of aroma beads in December, mixed 40 lbs of these beads and they are still not dry. Almost 3 months of drying time. We have been making air fresheners for over 7 years now and we have never experienced this issue. We have even tried adding 2 ounces at a time per their instructions on their website and this still does not help. We process over **** pounds of aroma beads per week and are pretty experienced in this area, we have never seen this before. We now have over $1600 worth of aroma beads that can not be used and the company is not helpful. We have tried calling everyday for months and even using the chat on their website. We filed a chargeback with our bank today since the company feels they are doing nothing wrong by sell unusable product.Review from Cj J

Horrible horrible service by far the most unprofessional Ive seen of any candle company so far!!!
