Upon picking up my phone on 12/19/23, I noticed a defect in the replacement glass. Subsequently, I have made multiple attempts to obtain the manufacturer's contact information and specific details regarding my product. Despite my repeated requests in person on the pickup date and through emails on January 11th, January 16th, January 18th and January 19th, Tech-Doc Electronics has not provided the essential information needed for me to address this issue directly with the manufacturer.Given the manufacturer's warranty, I am eager to work directly with them to resolve this matter. However, due to the unresponsiveness of Tech-Doc Electronics, I am compelled to request a refund of my payment in the amount of $243.57.I believe your intervention can help facilitate communication and prompt action in resolving this situation.
