In the first part of July, I had the company come out to service an HVAC I was told it was a fuse. I actually went and purchased the fuses myself to save time and money for the service man. When I initially called I let them know that a large ladder was needed. I ended up having to help with lift the ladder up for him to get up there. I was charged $562.50. This was paid on July 10. At the beginning of September, the same issue was happening again. So I called and asked if they warrantee their service and had the service man come out and look at the system again he told me it was the switch that needed to be replaced. I told him when he went to get the switch that I would be right back. Do not get up on the building unless Im there. He didnt contact me for a while. I texted to see if he found the part. He said he was done and finished and had already put it in. Then I asked for the old part he said he had already got rid of the part and sent me a picture of an invoice or packing slip for a part. Theyre charging me over $944.53 for four hours. He was not there longer than two.Then there was trouble again and I had to call them back again. They came out and told me now it was the motherboard and it needed to be replaced. Once they did this. The system actually worked. They were different service men this time. The first service person failed to identify what was actually wrong with the system. I had already paid $562.50 dollars for incorrect diagnosis of the system, now the company is charging me $944.53 for a second incorrect diagnosis of the system the last invoice where they actually identified the issue is for $1172.76 which I am willing to pay Im not willing to pay the $944.53 for him to come out and do nothing to fix my system
