      Pro: nothing Con: unable to fix a shower leak. Sent 2 plumbers to fix a leak but they made the leak worse. Charged for services not rendered. Tried to distract with a new bath renovation in which is not part of their service. The renovation would cost thousands. This is basically what happened, I won't go into detail. They offered to send someone out again for a charge.

      Again had BWS people to check semiannual plumbing & furnace; both individuals were pleasant and competent. Didn’t have correct UV replacement bulb on truck. Came back end of with correct bulb and replaced.

      I have always been happy with BWS but they basically came and told me I needed a new faucet and to go on wayfair and find one. I haven’t had a kitchen sink for a week and I still don’t have one. And then it was a crazy amount of money for them to come back and put it in. No thank you!

      We have had 2 different service technicians to our home for 2 separate issues. One was to install a humidifier on our furnace (which we love), and the other was a heating issue on New Years Day evening. Steven and Dan were absolutely amazing. They were both very professional, and extremely friendly. They knew what they were doing, and explained everything to us so we could understand! BWS service and employees are top notch, and we would highly recommend them! Keep up the good work BWS! Super impressed, Brian and Mary

      We connected with BWS after checking BBB and we have NOT been disappointed. Because of their previous excellent CS we contacted them when our water heater started leaking between Christmas & New Years! They are responsive /knowledgeable /friendly /on time and a great company to work with! They don’t sell/do more than what you need. For last several years we have also used their very reasonable AC & furnace seasonal checks.

      I was pretty disappointed with my service. The o out reason for the two stars is the women who answered the phones were very nice and I think really tried to be helpful and empathetic. My toilet was leaking so I contacted My home warranty service who contracts with BWS so I didn’t have a choice in who came to my house. The plumber came to instal a new toilet but let me know- after the installation- that my bathroom door would no longer close. The door, which was previously fine, now hit the toilet bowl. He told me I just needed to shave down the door a little bit so it could eek past the toilet. That door has been in this house since 1924. He said sanding down the door was going to be my responsibility and offered no help. I asked about getting a smaller toilet or moving the current toilet closer to the wall. He got pretty curt with me and made it clear there was nothing he could do about this problem. I contacted BWS asking what we could do about getting a smaller toilet. My plumber assured me there ARE no smaller toilets but even my brief encounters with the HGTV channel have informed me otherwise so I was a bit confused as to why the plumber had not suggested that as an option. I asked to speak to an owner. I was informed I would get a call back the next day from them but really they just gave a message to one of the women who answers the phones to relay to me. Clearly they didn’t want to talk to me. I also asked for a different plumber to come out and look at the situation- maybe my first plumber was new or just not as experienced finding work around since small houses. I was told the first plumber was my only option and this was “his problem to fix”. So I had to talk, again, to the guy who clearly didn’t have a solution and then had been very rude to me on the phone. I had to call and leave messages a few times to get the plumber to call me back. His solutions were A- plane down the door (which he offered to do for me) or B- have me pay for a smaller toilet that was going to cost me and extra 500 dollars or so. I must have called my home warranty service five times- on hold for up to an hour each time- trying to get them to cover a smaller toilet. Ultimately they decided the plumber needed to come back out and reassess the situation. When the plumber came back out to my house the solution he came up with was to move the toilet 1/8 of an inch toward the wall so the door can close. I had a bathroom door that would not close for a month. Talk about a huge inconvenience. No one at BWS really cared. No one wanted to help me, aside from the women who answered the phones, including the plumber or the owners. Really really garbage experience.
