Sanus has poor customer service, as well as falsly advertized products. After purchasing a sanus tv mount for $149.99 (product number: BLT3-B1) on 2-4-2023 from Best Buy that claimed to have all hardware included, I found out it doesn't have m5 screws or even m4 screws that my tv required. I wasted hours at the hardware shop searching for the right screws, this was an unacceptable inconvenience due to the poor company's false advertising. In addition to the manufacturing scam, the customer service department showed zero respect or even basic etiquette towards me over the phone. In fact, ******************* up on me after yelling at me disrespectfully, and ***** the supervisor avoided all my phone calls several times even when he was in the office he would tell his coworkers to tell me "he's in meetings " to intentionally avoid resolving the problems over the phone, for which he is to blame. This is unacceptable behavior from ***** and ***** and an unacceptable product that they need to refund asap. Also, ***** contacted me 5 times through voicemails and emails following this complaint with an unaccountable beligerent attitude, unwilling to resolve this problem. This was following my request to not be contacted further, due to *****'s unwillingness to resolve the problem. (Previous complaint was anonymous for my protection against *****'s beligerent attitude)***** on behalf of Sanus wasted countless hours of precious time of mine and ***** also wasted my money by me having to go to the hardware store and waste even more gas and more time getting hardware that they promised was included on the front of the box of the 150 dollar tv mount before I purchased it. ***** has zero desire to resolve this problem. This is unacceptable.
