I have been a loyal customer since 2014. I called customer service twice on Monday, February 26, 2024 to cancel my order that I placed on Sunday the previous day. Initially, I wanted to expedite the order and pay for the extra charge but that option was not available on their website. Unfortunately, it was out of the question when I spoke to customer service on Monday. **************** also indicated that my order has not entered the shipping process and was not able to cancel the order or access it. Additionally, I sent an email that same day requesting a cancellation. On Tuesday, February 27, I received an email informing me that my order status has changed.On Wednesday, February 28, I received an email with a tracking number informing me that my order has shipped out.The firms indifference is apparent in making no effort to cancel my order and get a straight answer. Instead, I got the run around.I was going to disregard the aforementioned complaint until I received the product on Saturday March 2, 2024. I expected the product to come to my door step in top condition and neatly packaged. Instead, I received the product in its original manufacturer box. No protection from weather elements. The day it arrived it was raining so the box got wet, dirty, and dented from the trip. I am not impressed. So, regardless of how fantastic their products are, if you cannot keep them safe during shipping, I will stop buying your products.

Sanus has absolutely terrible customer support. They sent me a wrong product after waiting a month. After calling into them and sitting on hold for quite a bit, they said they can't do anything except give me an email to send and get the old one returned, and the new part can't be sent immediately as its a different department that is at least 2 weeks backlogged. Also he couldn't even find the order with the order number. Not sure what's going on over there.
