Complete fraud. Service manager John Farrand (sp?) lied about getting approval to do service and stuck me with a $4400 bill that should have been $1000 (that said, I never heard or saw an actual estimate). Owner Courtney backed his employee and I was out the money for almost a year. Just had court last week and the judge awarded me a victory after a 5min conversation since John F lied about getting approval from me via phone (I shared phone records and there was NO call from him). It's ridiculous that Courtney and John are allowed to say the are A rated by BBB. Buyer beware of the sort of guy Courtney is.Review from Steve S

I had the good fortune of crossing paths with Mike Courtney and Katelin Courtney at the local L&B, Glen Lake. Prior to knowing the service provided by their business, Courtney Truck Service, I got to know them as the "real deal." Treat others how you want to be treated. That starts at home! The values are what set Courtney Truck Service apart. I note the positivity and that energy overflows throughout the shop. My automobile was initially scheduled at Courtney Truck Service for a thorough inspection. The feedback I received was in dialogue that I could comprehend and in report format. It is also a no nonsense shop. The expertise is expert there at CTS and my automobile is safer for the service. “Say what you mean” means be truthful and “Mean what you say” means, if need be, you will be able to follow through on what you said in the first place.
