horrible. I have had nothing but problems. outsourcing customer service and expecting good resolve is out of the question. I was told a return was made just to find out it wasn't. Their website is not functioning to make payments. The reps don't have supervisors so you are out of luck. I will buy from other reputable retailers.Review from Carolyn M

SHOPHQ: On 6/10/2024 I Purchase a walker (Motivo Tour Wheel Upright Rolling Walker for $325.48) that didn't work for me. To Return it would be ($236.)SHQ told me "It wasn't their problem." I'm a senior on a fixed income. They will not help me with the return. When they show case the item they didn't say customer would pay full return cost Only that You have 30 days to return.Very Deceving Company.Review from K. H

I cannot seem to turn off the tortorous notifications from these people . I am never going to place another order from them again. I like the products, I like the service, but I am sick and tired of the constant phone spamming from this company. I ordered a Motivo Tour 4 wheel Upright Rolling Walker on June 9, 2024 at a cost of $319.00. It is a beautiful piece of equipment and has a back support not normally found on other walkers or rollators. However after receiving it I found the seat too low and the seat could not support my hip. I've had numerous surgeries' on my hip after hip replacement. Also I fell and broke my arm and shoulder and was unable to lift myself off the seat of the walker. I called to make arrangements to return the walker and was told I had to pay shipping costs. It costs $150.00 to return.. The return policy was not mentioned during the on air sales promotion for the walker. I am 80 years old and can't afford to pay $150.to return the walker in addition to the $300. purchase price . I've called twice and asked to speak to a manager. I've been waiting 3 weeks for the return manager call to see if there is any assistance Shop HQ can help with shipping costs.. No manager has called back. SHOP HQ SHOULD FULLY DISCLOSE RETURN POLICY DURING ANY ON AIR PROMOTION FOR THE PRODUCT so the consumer can decide whether they are willing to take the risk of paying for shippingReview from Kevin S

They sold my mother a very expensive walker for $320. When we got the package, I opened it up and it seems very flimsy and I told my mother to send it back. We were told by the first agent that we would not have to pay return shipping, just use their label. Well that didn't work. It will cost anywhere from $140 to $180 dollars just to send it back. When I called the second agent, they informed me that yes I have to pay to send it back. They would not let me speak to a manager and the agent was basically telling me they will not help. So now we are stuck with a flimsy $320 walker that she cannot use due to her size. DO NOT USE SHOPHQ!!!!Review from Fong (Janice) L

I placed two orders around 6/22/24, but I didn't receive any confirmation via email, nor did I receive any notifications regarding the shipping of the orders. Luckily, I noted the delivery date at the time of order (7/1 and 7/2). The first order came on 6/27, but one item was missing. I returned the box on 7/2 and I'm now waiting for the replacement. The second order never arrived. I called the customer service on 7/3 (after the expected delivery date) and was told that the order was delivered on 6/28, but I never received it. I was also told that it would take 3 to 4 weeks before I hear from the investigation department. I'm very frustrated and not happy with my experience with these orders; it was lack of communication and it is ridiculous for me to have to wait for 3 to 4 weeks before you decide what to do to rectify the issue. I have ordered numerous times from ShopHQ previously, and my experience was totally different. What happened to ShopHQ?Review from Edgar M

I will never order from shophq ever again. I bought a invicta watch that came with a free tote bag over a month ago. I was told I would get it in 2 weeks. Well the free tote bag came however the watch didn't. I called customer service and of course the call was routed to a different country. I had to explain myself multiple times, finally I was told that it was being shipped immediately. Well the watch never came and now I got an email saying that item is no longer available and sale was canceled. Next time I'm buying directly from invicta, they can keep their easy pay program.Review from Candice E

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a customer since 2018. I placed an order on June 8, 2024 with an estimated delivery of 6/14/2024. I called on 6/15 and was told they appologize but they had to reach the warehouse and would offer $20 to be used in the future towards a different purchase. Two days later I was notified the new date was 6/20. Here we are 6/20, still in process, no shipping information yet. Called the customer service to be told they have to contact the warehouse again and I will know something within a WEEK. I said this is HORRIBLE customer service and for a watch that is not cheap. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that a manager is not available. I told the rep I wanted a call back, she then proceeded to tell me the manager had up to 72 hours to call me back. This was a Father's Day/B-day present for my husband. Now I have to go out tonight with nothing for him, just like I had to for Father's Day. Seriously disappointed in ShopHQ, their customer service, and more importantly their lack of communication. I will be ordering elsewhere for my Invicta's. I advise anyone to order from another company if you want decent customer service.ShopHQ Response

Sold gold necklace and cross as 24 K gold and when I had analyzed by Jewellers found out it was only 22K. When called they wouldn’t do anything about there miss representing quality. Then switched over to survey. I gave customer service a poor rating. Will never buy anything from them againReview from Anita M

I returned a serum that gave me a horrible reaction and got rash then blisters then pimples. They do not provide shipping labels and I do not have a printer. I was told I can return to UPS and they will put label on to return and I should be charges $6.95 and once it's received I would get reimbursed for shipping. It ended up costing $14.27 for just a little over an ounce bottle in the return envelope. So my 2nd call to report this said they don't refund shipping "just" for being allergic. I have always been fully refunded from others online or in retail if I was allergic. Only said if it was defective. It was defective for my skin since whatever was in this serum gave me the worse reaction. This is unfair that I had to spend almost half of what the product costs and suffer the consequence of the bad reaction and losing that much to ship back. Since I was told in initial first call I would get $6.95 back I thought for sure I would get ridiculous shipping cost of $14.27 back. Should have known better from another lousy experience several years ago to stay away from this awful company. I see many vendors over last 10 yrs have left them too. Worse business ever!!!
