Brutal. This guy Charles never calls you back, doesn't live up to any promises and is currently not paying a gutter company over another dispute so they won't schedule my gutter replacement. I put one star because I could not put zero.Review from Dan T

We are very happy with our new roof and siding installation. It was a pleasure to work with Barb as we navigated the crazy long insurance process to get everything done. The insurance company didn’t want to fully replace our siding even though we met the conditions for full replacement. Monarch continued to press them on the law and pushing full replacement was the only option. Since it took almost a year for the project to be completed a few more updates from the contractor would have appeased are anxiousness during this time. With that said, we really appreciate Monarch fighting for us. In the end, the work was done well by the crews and our home looks absolutely amazing with our new roof and siding.Review from Joseph O

Monarch builders were amazing! They replaced our roof and siding.top notch from start to finish.they took care of the insurance business and us as well! Very pleased with the quality and workmanship. For me its all about attention to detail and they deliver! I would highly recommend monarch.

I received a recommendation for Monarch from a neighbor who had them replace his roof. He was very satisfied with their work and shared their contact number. I called their hail damage evaluator, Luke. He came to inspect our roof immediately. There was evidence of damage. He helped me start the process with my insurance company. He met the inspectior from my insurance company, who agreed with Luke's evaluation of the need for roof replacement. With his guidance we started the claim process that day. They worked with my insurance to estimate repair costs. The first payment was sent directly to me to deposit with Monarch. At this point I was contacted by Charles, the supervisor for Monarch's projects. He maintained regular communication throughout the roof replacement. The building materials were delivered on schedule, The crew was professional and efficient. The job was completed in one day. Clean up was excellent. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. The quality of the work and materials used to replace my roof is excellent in function and appearance. *************** worked with ******* and **** at Monarch to have my roof shingles replaced in Oct 2022. They were very accommodating of my special requests for material details, and timing for the installation. I had installed the previous old roof shingles myself, making me a picky customer with some knowledge of roofing. **********************'s installation crew did a very professional job on every detail, and addressed all of my questions and requests during the installation. They completed the job on time in one day, including a careful clean-up of my property at completion. Monarch was very professional in all steps of the job from proposal to final city inspection including the city permit, and answered all of my phone call and email requests in a timely manner throughout the project. They insured the city inspection was complete before requesting final payment. Their quote price for the job was very reasonable, less than I had expected, and they honored that price without any surprises or changes at project completion. I selected Monarch for the job on the advice of a neighbor who had their roof replaced, and I would recommend Monarch for any future product.Monarch Builders & Commercial Services, LLC Response

I started working with **** D at Monarch after running into her while she was overseeing a new roof for my neighbor due to a hail storm. She has been exactly the type of professional I hope to work with for my home; she clearly walked ** through the process of getting an inspection of our roof for hail damage and advocated on our behalf at points where we didn't know that we had power to advocate. As a result, we are able to get a full roof replacement for our house and garage, and get it done prior to painting our house--they listened to our needs to schedule around **! Haven't gotten the new roof yet, but have been absolutely impressed with how straightforward **** has been.Monarch Builders & Commercial Services, LLC Response
